Today was our first time visiting Aspen Dental. My wife went in for a check-up and we got a full array of X-rays and even a 3D scan. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Im sure we will be back for any dental work in the future.

2nd edit. I would drop this to 0 stars if possible. We have had to go else where to get seen and to have the dentures looked at, the process took all of 20 minutes and they were much more hands on about the pain and pressure here and finding a solution for it, rather then just throwing numbing creme around you and using the "short staffed, over booked" Excuse like this place has done since the 1st tooth was pulled. It's not that their work is bad, they just have too much going on to do it correctly, timely and in a humane way. The extra pain and suffering from delays is really not cool on their part. 1st edit:A 2nd set later and still no improvement from the 1st "final" set. I think my father now has been given 7 small tubes of coracane for the pain rather then just addressing the issue. Original: Having a hard time saying I would go back for myself or recommend them with the absolute lack of communication my father has received. The final set of dentures is causing extreme amounts of pain, and he can't eat, this was expressed multiple times and for 48 hours we haven't heard a word back even though he was told "We would call back" They are having major scheduling conflicts it seems and do a lot of commutating for appointments through texts with their doctors so I don't know how they can tell from a text how bad someone's final set is or the sense of urgency that this person is essentially starving to death. This is really an attempt to get a phone call back because at this point we don't know how to.

Giving them one star because I have to 1000 percent do not recommend using them! My daughter and I both had appointments today. My daughter got her teeth cleaned they then had me wait an hour and half to tell me that I would have to make another appointment to get my teeth cleaned that was why i made an appointment to start with. What is the point of having an appointment if I have to make another one especially after waiting and hour and half to find out the hygienist had left for the day. Very ill and disappointed after today's visit and will be looking for another provider that takes my insurance as this is not the place to go.

I have not had a good experience with Aspen Dental in Amarillo TX nor in Jacksonville NC. My partial was ill fitted and poorly made for my mouth by the Amarillo office. I felt so humiliated by staff in the Amarillo office after they sent me home with a partial knowing the teeth were too big for my mouth that I never went back. My partial then broke the past week and I called to schedule an appointment in the Jacksonville location because we moved here due to my husband being in the military and was never contacted back. She said she would call and never did. She said the soonest I would be able to get in is October. I cant not even eat with my broken partial. They seem not to care about you being humiliated and embarrassed by your teeth. I was shown no compassion by either office.

DA Jamie was amazing and quick fast x-rays I've ever had, my hygienist Amber was so sweet and Dr. Cruz was amazing and straight forward with want was the best treatment for me. I have had a lot of medical problems cancer chemo treatments and she took everything into consideration and we came up with a great plan and I can't wait for all my future visits. Everyone there was professional and so kind 10/10 highly recommend Aspen Dental....

Every staff member I talked with was very knowledgeable and pleasant. The most thorough exam I have ever had. The pricing is good with many plans available if you do not have dental insurance. I was able to get my appointment the very next day after I called to get on scheduled. Before any procedures are done, after your initial exam, you are required to have an oral cancer screening. The cost is $30.00 without insurance.

Amazing! I had a broken molar no appts in my area for the next month. So I drove 1.5 hours to come here. I was in so much pain!! Got appt within 2 bd ... got X-rays and made next appointment for extraction in two weeks. They said that they would call me if anything opened but I wasn't hopeful. Literally called the same day with a next day appt for extraction!!!! What a relief!!! The staff was great and patient and kind. I literally don't want to go to any other dentist. More than amazing experience. So grateful!
