Aspen dental in orange park is the best dental office I have visited. From the receptionist to the clinical team they were very helpful. Dr. Mia and dental hygienist Josh were the best I've ever had. Very informative and transparent and gentle with my teeth.

Very pricey. Dr. Park is the best ! One pin came out almost 5 years later. But I do have mouth cancer. Usually you're gums reject them w/in 1st year. Ty great staff. Quiet, clean, all around a great place !

Best dentist office ever. They stand behind their guarantee/word do amazing work, and treat you like family. I have gone to a lot of dentists from Jacksonville to Orange Park. I needed implant crowns. I had the others removed and had such a hard time with them. I didn't want anymore. I just wanted my teeth cleaned and an exam, that was it. They restored my faith in dentistry. Dr Simeon is amazing, Kelsee front office manager is amazing, Nicole dentist assistant is amazing. They're so amazing that I followed them from San Jose to blanding. Even the owner / dentist is amazing.

Dr.Park and his team are absolutely incredible!! Best cleaning I have ever had from the hygienist there! I also needed one of my wisdom teeth out because it was causing a lot of pain. Dr. Park was able to take it out for me quickly with no discomfort during the procedure. Even the recovery process has been incredibly easy. Highly recommend!! Best experience ever with a dentist and dental office. 5 stars!!

HANDS DOWN LOVE THIS PLACE.... Never been somewhere I can just be me... they explain everything and make sure it's affordable for you. KELSIE that's my girl very understanding and goes the extra mile to make sure your comfortable. ARI is amazing too.. that just in the front area. DR PARKS did exactly what I needed done and we laughed the whole time and the MAS are amazing too thanks CHANEL AND NICOLE....

Billing is pure fraud. I have the best, most premium Aetna insurance available. I get 2 free cleanings, 2 free exams, 1 free X Ray every year. My exam showed no need for dental work. I wanted a cleaning and a retainer since my insurance covers 1500 for orthodontist. Instead of a regular cleaning, they diagnose it as a gingivitis cleaning. Tried to charge me 150 for electric toothbrush. A cleaning and retainer should be free with my insurance, they wanted to bill me $778, even after they took the toothbrush off. I walked out, pure corruption. It's a shame because the two male doctors Josh and Jong were really great. They told me today's x-ray and exam are free to new patients, so when I see them bill my insurance I will call the states insurance fraud department. If I can't afford a simple cleaning here with my insurance, nobody can.

I decided to check out Aspen Dental in Orange Park after reading the great reviews, and also after the terrible service my husband received at another local dentist. I have had very few good dental experiences, so I've always put off going. I finally made an appt and went in for a check-up. Before I went to my appt the front desk staff was super helpful on the phone when I had to reschedule my appt last minute. Once I went in for my appt, they saw me right away and everyone had a great attitude- very friendly, and professional demeanor. Chanelle took my x-rays and was kind throughout the whole process. Dr. Park provided a full dental plan and made sure I was comfortable with everything before moving forward. Ari helped explain the insurance coverage and provided options for payment plans. She even called and helped me schedule my referral appt at the endodontist. And Josh was amazing at making sure I was happy and pain-free during my deep clean. He even played some fun music to keep me distracted while he worked on my teeth/gums. I would have to say the best part of my experience was feeling like everyone I spoke to really listened to what I was saying/my concerns. In addition, they all wanted to make sure I was doing well every step of the way. They were very thorough and were great about educating me on how I could do better with my oral care, without making me feel like a bad person for not flossing as often as I should. I will definitely be going back twice a year for my check-ups/cleanings. Thank you to everyone who helped make my first visit a great experience!

Now lets start by saying out of all dental office there is to choose from Aspen Dental on a Blanding (Orange Park) was amazing! From the office staff starting with their office manager KELSEE (forgive me for the misspelling) for the awesome customer service. She broke down the coverage of insurance and pricing before anything was done. Also can't forget the friendly and amazing ARI who was very attentive and gave me a friendly welcoming. She definitely make Next SHANEL (again forgive the misspelling lol) took care of my X-ray and very knowledgeable tech specialist, she walked me through the whole process and listen to all my concerns. Most of all had a positive attitude! My hygienist Josh and Dr. Park both were outstanding, very skillful and made me feel like I was in good hands which I was. They never did any procedure or charged me for anything I didn't need. This place reminds me it's not the brand name or how fancy a practice is.. ITS THE PEOPLE! Definitely my go to place and already recommended them to friends!
