Aspen Dental is only money driven. I came in expecting a simple new patient exam and cleaning. Usually, a dentist loops both of these into one visit. Not Aspen. Very inefficient use of patient time. Every step of the way, I was told we would discuss my "treatment plan and payment options" next. I have insurance and have never paid for a visit before - always fully covered. My husband was told he had gingivitis and needed a special cleaning not covered by our insurance. I contacted our insurance and they DO cover it. I sent that information to the office where they stated "just pay for it and if insurance pays for it, we'll refund you." No thank you. He ended up back to our old dentist and they said he had NO signs of gingivitis. Billing fraud? I requested our medical records after so we can move to a more appropriate dental office. The website and all people we talked to said it would take a month to process. 3 months later, no medical records or follow up at all. Unprofessional billing processes and questionably fraudulent. Avoid if you have a healthy mouth and insurance. I gave the office multiple opportunities to correct their errors and finally moved on. If you're a regular dental patient and have insurance, DO NOT use Aspen Dental. It may be appropriate if you're paying out of pocket.

Super star place for your dental needs. Excellent team. Holie, the office manager is very caring, kind, friendly and dedicated. Dr. Vankof and Dr. Melton is one the best doctors in town working for Aspen. If you need implants, go here. If you need cleaning go here. Very affordable. They accept all insurance and discount cards. Thank you Aspen and team on Atlantic Blvd. (Ahmad)

There is no empathy or attention. They are just worried about money. They barely listened to me. The only friendly girl was the XRay responsible. The other ones didn't care about my concern at all. Just a money machine place.

Dentist offices are intimidating but not Aspen Dental. The decor has a very relaxing and calming feel and is very clean. The staff is professional, knowledgeable,friendly and honest with the scope of work and pricing. Easy access and free parking!

I just wanted to share my amazing experience at this office. I have a lot of work to get done and they guided me through the best choices for me and my budget. I highly recommend this location. Every member of the staff that I had the pleasure of meeting was helpful and friendly. Shout out to the hygienists Ray and Mickey, Dr. Howard (dentist) and Gio (Dental Assistant) they are fantastic!!. As well as the fantastic front desk and billing staff Chloe and Karissa! Thank you all so much for everything!

The Aspen Dental visit today at the Town Center location was completely awesome, their Hygienist and the rest of the staff were just awesome and very professional! Great experience Great people!

I broke a crown while eating dinner and could not eat or drink anything due to extreme sensitivity. My regular dentist was out of the county and didn't have sufficient coverage for his patients. The office got me in at 8 a.m. the next morning. I was traveling to North Carolina the next day. Dr. Howard was great and put a temporary filling on which solved the problem until I could get in for a crown up here in NC. The dentist that I saw in NC said that Dr. Howard did a really good job. Well done.

Super star place for your dental needs. Dental hygienist Makial is very professional , caring, kind, friendly and dedicated at her work. Thank you for your super care attention Makial and advices. Dr. Melton is one the best surgeons in town. If you need implants, Aspen with Dr. Melton is the place. Good price too. I received cleaning work and three implants done in less than 3 hours. Very affordable. Thank you Aspen and team on Southside Blvd. (Sheikh Ahmad)

First time there the wait was very minimal ...they all were friendly and helpful and seemed like they cared ... I felt at ease and in good hands hope all my visits are like this first time was !!

An excellent dental experience. Everyone I interacted with was kind, patient, and gentle from the person out the front desk to the person who pulled my tooth. Payment plans available, I would have went years ago if I thought it was going to be this easy. Excellent place.

Everyone was so friendly and nice. Jason from Financial was so kind, patient and understanding. Mickey was very caring about my dental hygiene and and brought to my attention facts I never knew about my teeth. Also the doctor who filled in my teeth was kind, helpful and you could tell he was very committed to help you feel better in all ways teeth.

A COWORKER OF MINE TOLD ME ABOUT ASPEN DENTAL. SHE SAID THAT YOU GUYS WERE AWESOME, BUT SHE DID NOT TELL ME THAT YOU ALL WERE MAGICAL. I AM SO IMPRESSED WITH STAFF. I WAS EXPECTING TO CRY AND ACT A FOOL, BECAUSE THATS WHAT I DO WHEN I GO TO THE DENTIST. BUT NOT 1 TEAR OF PAIN FELL. I DONT EVEN KNOW HOW DOCTOR LEE AND RAE DID IT BUT THEY DID.YOU ALL ARE EVERYTHING I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR. I FEEL LIKE SINGING MY FAVORITE KELLY CLARKSON. ....PEOPLE WAIT A LIFETIME FOR MOMENT LIKE THIS....

The best ( by far) dentist I have ever been too. I visited the location at 8440 Blanding Blvd. I needed some dental work ASAP and in 3 days I walked out with a bright beautiful smile. The staff was so attentive to my needs. 5 star rating for me. I will never recommend another dental office again. Thank you Aspen dental.

From the moment I arrived for my appointment, I felt attended to and everyone in the office from the front desk to the hygienists to the office manager to the doctor were awesome (if I forgot to mention anyone I apologize). Everyone informed me what the plan was and left no area up to guess work. I had an extraction done on this visit with excellent numbing and technique. I also had a very thorough treatment plan put together. This was my first dentist appointment in literally 20 years and I am happy that I chose Aspen Dental on Southside Dr.

Awesome staff from Drs. Kabra and Howard to Jessica at the front desk to Gio and Taylor the dental technicians. Dr. K takes his time to explain everything to me, is very polite, and is efficient and precise with his instruments and hands. Jessica always runs a verification of benefits to assure I am billed properly and have no surprises. Gio and Taylor well what can I say, they are good natured and dissipate my anxiety through their professionalism and technical competence. As good an experience as one could expect under the circumstance of getting dental work.

I've always been scared to go too the dentist but I absolutely love this location. They were all friendly and not judging. Taylor was excellent. She was encouraging while doing my X-rays. I will now make this my dentist I go too for everything!

I'm not impressed. Everything felt rushed and exam boiled down to, "nothing we can do, you need implants." On deciding to get a second opinion I was told my teeth could be easily saved at a fraction of the cost.
