Very polite and professional. I can't tell you how many dentist I will not go to because of attitude & rudeness but not this office. Also very informative. Keep up the great work. Definitely recommend this dental office...

Everyone was pleasant and professional! I had an extraction and the Doctor took his time and day later having little discomfort. Very clean, loving the halloween decorating! I would recommend them to family and friends.

The staff was very friendly and very professional. The doctor and nurses were very gentle and friendly also. They made me feel very comfortable. I really wish I could use them for my dental needs, but unfortunately their prices are a little too high for my range. Other than that I would have given a five-star review.

Everyone in the office front desk, nurses, doctors, hygienist, and office manager all great people. Everyone was nice, professional, efficient and the office was very clean and spacious.

I went to Aspen Dental on july 5th because of the holiday with a broken front tooth. They took advantage of my situation and talk me into getting extensive dental work. So after they convinced me to buy their discount plan. I spent $138. For their plan, only to get billed $712.00 for a cleaning. So $850.00 to have my teeth cleaned. The reason I even bought the plan because all the unnecessary work went from over $7000. To $4500.

I made an appointment for periodic cleaning. On arrival, I was told they must do xrays and an exam and cannot do cleaning same visit. Had to go to manager to get that resolved. Hygienist recommended a periodontal cleaning, and they quoted $332. I questioned, they came back with $192. My Dental Insurance copay is only $80 for that procedure. I asked for just basic polishing cleaning and they refused to perform that service. I walked out. Similar experience last year for a cleaning. I was told no copay, but got a bill for it in the mail later. Had to call to correct it 3 times over several months. They may be associated with insurance plans, but they either do not know how match coverage, or specifically code differently in order to charge more than insurance would pay.

10/10 do not recommend. Every single time I had an appointment, I had to wait at least 45 minutes in the waiting room to even be seen. Today I had an appointment scheduled 6 months ago, got the confirmation email and all. 7 hours before my appointment I even got an email saying "You're all set for your appointment today" and nothing on the email stated anything about needing to confirm. Once I get there, they tell me they gave my appointment to someone else because I didn't call to confirm my appointment. Once again, I never got a call, text, email or anything saying this needed to be done. This was really sad because their hygienist was an amazing person and I really loved talking to her during my appointment but the front desk staff are not it and because of them, I will never go back.

I ADORE Dr. Patel and the entire team at this office! I drive passed two aspen offices to get to this one. I had given up hope on ever getting my smile back. I thought it was too far gone. Dr. Patel gave me a beautiful smile, and seemed genuinely happy for me! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Just got my wisdom tooth removed. The process was quick, in and out within an hour. This location is clean and sanitary. The staff here is nice and willing to anwser your questions. The dentist Dr.Patel explained everything in laymen terms for me to understand. Would HIGHLY recommended! Peter H.

Do not get your crowns done at this location! I had 3 crowns done at this location 4 years ago and one of them fell out of my mouth 2 days later. Couldn't even get it properly fixed since my tooth was filed down so much and I had to get another dentist to cover it. Find another dentist's office, and don't get your crowns done here!

Be prepared to wait 45 minutes past your appointment time and then what you're getting done will be rushed through since dentist is overbooked. During a filling she asked if I felt any pain and when I said I did she told me I only felt it a little, urged me to sit through it, and kept calling me tough like that made it better. Really seemed like you didnt want to take the time to do any additional numbing that day, why ask about someone's comfort if you don't intend to do anything about it? At original consult they made a MAJOR mistake with care credit application. They opened a secondary account after assuring me several times that would definitely NOT happen. I should have just cut my losses and found somewhere more organized but Ashley was apologetic and tried to make things right by going to practice manager and discounting $500 from my major upcoming bill. Day of oral surgery receptionist tries to charge me for this discount. I remind her it was discounted through management, and she says I'm correct and she has a note that confirms that. Now, several months later they are billing me for this discount they gave to "make things right." I have been nothing but kind and understanding through this whole process and feel my patience has been completely taken advantage of. If I knew it would have been like this I never would have proceeded with the work I needed at their business. So sad, and so so disappointed.
