Showed up early was called back over 40 minutes late. I get things come up but why don't you call patients and let them know you are running behind. It is wildly disrespectful to your customer.

I actually would not give them any stars, however, had to. This place is horrible. Most, not all, who work there are the rudest people. Mainly the front staff. They charge for services that are not necessary and that are specifically told are not wanted...The billing has got to be the worst because of their incompetence in filing claims. Had to do the work for them. Will not be going back.

Very pleased! The only thing is too many tvs but I am not a TV person either. I was so glad that too have them take care of me! My roommate recommended them

Everyone in the office was VERY PROFESSIONAL. They answered questions that I didn't fully understand and told me step by step what they were doing or going to do. Dr. Estes took the time to have just a simple conversation with me, kudos to the office.

I went in for new patient and there I was getting my teeth cleaned. It was absolutely wonderful it went very well. They are very nice at the office at river city.

Dr. Joshua was so rude. His customer service was very poor. He wasn't patient and helpful at all. Maybe he was having a rough day. That's still no excuse when your working on someones mouth.Highly wouldn't recommend him or Aspen dental. I will no longer be spending my money here.
