All of the staff and the doctor were wonderful!! Great office and great prices as well. Would definitely recommend this office to everyone. Just sucks I can't get approved for enough to get my teeth done!! I got my hopes up thinking I could finally have a smile.

Every appointment I go to it takes forever to be seen by a dentist I had an 11am appointment that I arrived to at 10:45 and at 12:15 I just ended up leaving because I sat there and still wasn't seen by the dentist And the appointment before that I ended up leaving without being seen it's ridiculous

Update Oct 2022, I am happy with customer service now, my dentist appts has been painless and smooth. June 2022 I am so frustrated with front desk customer service... I never get to talk with a person, only the machine with a long message that you HAVE to listen just to see if someone answer but then you get another machine :-( so you have to leave a message but most likely you won't get a call back... on top of that they cancelled an appointment I been waiting for a month.

New patient here at this office . My husband was seen was told he had gum issues needed deep cleaning the Indian lady which is the dental hygienist stated " she won't do his regular cleaning only the deep cleaning because of infection.. but if you don't have the money for the deep cleaning they won't even do your free cleaning through your insurance.. so basically they told my husband he had to pay 1500 dollars to get his teeth cleaned but if he doesn't have the money he will still loose his teeth lol . Wouldn't a dentist office do a cleaning on a person with an infection if insurance covers it but they rather not clean it.

Aspen dentists receive incentives for the services they recommend, and prioritize their incentives over the patients health, which is why these dentists will always try to "upsell" you on "services" that you do not need and aren't even right for you. It is so bad they've been investigated by the attorney General at least once. You need to report them to the state attorney General because it is business practice issues; the florida dental review board only handles individuals. Aspen misdirected me to use invisalign when I came in looking for an orthodontist referral for my insurance. When I wasn't happy at the end of my treatment because my overlapping bottom teeth were still the same and looked nothing like the promised end result, Aspen refused to make my final retainer and said they'd call me back after the new dentist told me THEY HAD MISPRESCRIBED INVISALIGN I HAD A TILT ISSUE AND SHOULD HAVE BEEN SENT TO THE ORTHO LIKE I WAS ASKING FOR INITIALLY. It's been about 8 months and a waste of several thousands of dollars. Invisalign doesn't care, and the Florida dental review board doesn't care. Oh, BTW, Aspen isn't even allowed to sell invisalign in other states because they misprescribed so often they have to use their own private brand aligners, but, you know, Floriduh.

I got there on time for my scheduled appt. After spending over an hour of my day at the office,I was refused a surface cleaning covered by my insurance(which was the whole purpose I was there) I was told my gums needed a deep cleaning and treatment of some sort. I'm still not sure exactly what it meant to be honest. Poor explanation and urge to sale me something I did NOT need .And it would cost me approx $1,000 out of pocket. That's right,on my gums! Not even my teeth. No thanks. Not listening and not caring about your customers needs made me realize I had to leave and find another practice. Don't make the same mistake I did and do you research.

Fishy practice. I booked an appointment for a cleaning. They did the image and the hygienist checked my teeth and claimed I have gum infection. They sent me back to the front disk to make me pay around $540 out of pocket instead of doing the cleaning that I originally booked. They refused to do the cleaning and they told me I have to pay the $540 for the gum infection treatment. Don't waste your time here. It is a business and not a dentist.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Everyone here is helpful and kind, genuinely concerned for my wellbeing. My hygienist Mrs. Patel at the Atlantic Blvd. location did an amazing job on my deep clean and was very comforting throughout the process, especially with my anxiety. The process was done thorough and with no pain. I now feel much more confident in my wisdom teeth removal this Saturday, and will be coming back to this location for all my dental needs.

As soon as I signed in upon arriving, I immediately had to pay $100.00. Since I have already spent thousands of dollars at Aspen, I found this pre-payment before treatment to be insulting. My appointment was at 9:45 AM, but I was in the waiting area until 10:55 AM. After my name was called, the dental technician led me to the treatment room and I sat in the Dentist chair for 25 minutes while she made a personal phone call in an adjoining room. She poked around inside my mouth for about five minutes, and then instructed me to schedule my next appointment in six months. I didn't schedule my next appointment. I will never return to this facility.

I had a dental emergency 2 weeks ago and was very anxious and the team at Aspen Dental made me feel so valid in my concern did X-rays (Dr. Phillips thank you!) immediately and had a solution for me that day, and care credit lined up for me so that I didn't have to pay that day. I can't believe how wonderful everyone was! From Ashley who stayed late to make sure everything was taken care of to Hollie and Angie who made my experience exceptional. Then there's Miss Kassandra who called me immediately to let me know I was needed to come back to the office and stayed about 15 min past closing on a Friday so I could get there before the long weekend! I highly recommend them and will tell you that they offer the epitome of customer service!! Thank you so much!!!

Everyone is friendly here, but PLEASE do not let them drill into your teeth or begin an expensive treatment without getting a second opinion. Maybe Aspen Dental has a different treatment philosophy than other dentists - but I never had a cavity in my life prior to visiting Aspen Dental. I never had gum issues prior to visiting Aspen Dental. Even though I went twice last year, the hygienist recently gave me a faulty gum diagnosis and recommended an exorbitantly priced treatment plan. They find cavities that don't exist and they charge you and your insurance excessively. Aspen Dental is prompt with scheduling their service. Maybe this is because they don't want to give you time to get a second opinion? Please- do your research. I understand if this is your only choice, but it is absolutely worth the cost to get a second opinion. For the health plan that Aspen Dental was going to make me follow, I could afford four "second" opinions and four cleanings. Do you research and do not jeopardize the permanence of your oral health because they are prompt.

Everyone was super nice! They were very supportive and caring towards me when I cried due to poor dental health and anxiety. They didn't make me feel judged at all. My hygienist was so kind and understanding! She definitely made everything a lot easier and better!

I saw a commercial on tv for Aspen Dental because I have a friend who is having some dental issues and was looking for a good dentist and I made him an appointment and we went and had a consultation and told him that with a dental plan they could help him. The staff was friendly to us. He will be following up with them for his dental care.

17May22 **WARNING** DON'T GO to Aspen Dental on Atlantic. They tried to "GET US" probably like everyone who walks into their door! Unbelievable Charges!! They charged my wife $1200 for cleaning her teeth and they tried to charge me $900.00 for my teeth cleaning. I walked out! Both my spouse and I are in the information gathering phase of an insurance appeal and credit card dispute with Aspen Dental Atlantic West that occurred on 03May2022. After contacting our dental insurance concerning the erroneous charges, and our credit card company for possible fraudulent charges, we have been advised to ask for a corporate contact person for further discussion after several attempts to contact your office and after reading online complaints. To be continued. 02Jun22 **WARNING** DON'T GO to Aspen Dental on Atlantic continued..... When you think about going to the dentist, do you think about how you're going to pay for it? Of course you do. What about the Dental Billing Process (DBP), do you think about that? Hopefully you haven't had too! I mean if you have insurance, you've already done the work to find an insurance company, maintain your insurance and find a dentist. After that expectations are generally to pay your insurance premiums, pay your co-payments and visit your dentist a couple times a year for cleanings and check-ups right? In my "opinion" not at Aspen Dental on Atlantic. They spent more time giving us back our money than they did taking it. "Fact", as of today we have recouped about $700. I'm guessing 3 out of 10 people dispute these dental offices billing practices and that's how they are making some of their money. They spent more time with money than they did on our teeth, isn't that backwards? Wouldn't you what them to spend more time on your teeth rather than stealing money? Unfortunately we encountered such a situation at Aspen Dental on Atlantic where we were forced to find out the inner workings as a process to recoup our stolen money that was unjustly pried out of our wallet during this High Pressure Event? I think going to the Dental Office is a High Pressure Event in its own little lone combining that with a High Pressure Sales Tactic and Wham-Oh, they got you! To be continued.
