I visit the Aspen located at the Town Center. I've never had a complaint until last week. I waited over an hour, the receptionist didn't speak once, she sent was sending patients back without paying attention of the scheduled time. The patient the went before me was supposed to have went after me. She was in & out and I'm still sitting in the Lobby. The dentist finally came out & I was seen. I explained how I was about to leave due to the time waiting & not being acknowledged since walking in the office. The doctor was awesome &the girl that assisted me at check out.

Make sure you answer your phone to confirm your appointment or they will cancel it. Didn't even get a chance to see how the office is. But based off of my scheduling experience I would not recommend.

Got me again. I scheduled a routine cleaning, they did not have a hygienist and allowed me to get X-rays but could not do the cleaning the same day. I was not told this until after the X-rays. One X-ray and 2 cleanings a year are covered under my insurance. I ended up with a $45 bill and didn't even receive a cleaning. I only went to this place so that I could stay on the same schedule... NEVER AGAIN!

Aspen Dental Southside location was superb and extremely professional, polite and helpful staff. They made me feel very comfortable and at ease with detailed information. They took great care of me and my needs. Excellent service

Staff was very friendly, but they lack communication. The doctor only went over one thing with me, and when I spoke with the girl about my financial obligation she told me more information about what the doctor suggested I needed. The next day I got a message about a follow up appointment I never made or wanted, I called so many times and even left two voicemails and they never answered or called me back (it's been 2 voicemails). I stopped bothering to call since they won't answer or call back.

Couldn't understand the surgeon! She was Spanish but communication is key and I grew up here! She didn't even go over my options for after the root canal and crown is pulled. Have had bad experience with the company including last payment wasn't recorded!

My daughter just had her wisdom teeth removed here and it was absolutely horrific from start to finish. It's been 2 weeks and she STILL is swollen on her left side, stitches never came out like they were supposed to do the gums are growing over them, and her jaw is not operating properly on the left side - she can't OPEN her mouth wide enough to even eat a popsicle. They never ever answer the phone either. Obvious short staffing issues evident. Do NOT take your kids here for dental surgery. The Dr bounces from location to location, only visiting once a month. They treated my child like cattle, not like a person. It was unbelievable. VERY unhappy with them. and worried about my child. Waiting for an appt to FIX whatever they broke in her jaw and remove the stitches.

I never really had anything to say about the dentist office until now. I'm not normally a person leaves reviews but WOW am I mad. I came into the office the person at the front desk was very nice and started giving me information as a new patient then I advised that I was not a new patient that I was actually a previous patient coming to follow up on a treatment plan that was ALREADY GIVEN TO ME which then turns things around and then they advise me that I needed to pay $89 for my visit. I was a little bit confused but she said that it was the cost to be seen so I obviously paid what had to be paid. They did new x-rays which I was already confused about as I had been in an Aspen dental office earlier this year just down the street but anyway... I was told the same treatment plan that I was told before. I was then given automatically the most expensive treatment plan to get my wisdom teeth removed and had to ask several questions to find out that basically in regular terms that was the "deluxe" package if that makes sense. It reminded me of the last time that I was there for a cleaning and it was about to cost me a couple hundred dollars because they were adding on a fancy electric toothbrush without fully explaining what i was paying for and i never asked for the extra products. I don't ever have problems with the people but it definitely feels like they're just ready to get all of your money which is definitely frustrating we're still in a pandemic and I have two young kids so to pay basically $100 for x-rays when I already just had some earlier in the year and didn't have to pay that and was following the treatment plan that was already given to me was just very frustrating. I mentioned that I felt blindsided when going over the treatment plan and the woman just looked at me....didn't apologizec didn't try to figure out where the confusion was coming from she just looked at me. I've already asked for my information to be sent to another dental office as I have no interest in continuing to be treated like a cash cow here.

Incredible staff, knowledgeable receptionist. I came in on a very busy Saturday (love that they offer Saturday appointments) as a new patient and they were incredible. Justing getting started, but highly recommend

I had 4 separate appointments. The first one was just for X-rays and the assess my teeth- okay. The second was for a cleaning- okay. The third was for fillings. The doctor was upset I was nervous getting shots in my mouth and overall wasn't very kind. I ended up coming in about 3 weeks (fourth visit) for another cleaning and because my fillings were REALLY sensitive to temperature and would just constantly hurt. They said this was normal and I should only worry after 6 weeks from the fillings date. They didn't even do a cleaning at this appointment but they billed my insurance for one. Here I am almost 3 months later and my teeth are actually in enough pain to remind me to write this review. I won't be going back.

Life changing!! I am 35 and just got my full set of dentures!!After many years of not being able to smile because of teeth issues, Aspen made it possible for me to get my smile back!! The financing process was easy and the amazing staff were so sweet and caring! I feel so happy. THANK YOU ASPEN for giving me my life back.

First of all the receptionist was rude the dentist and the hygienist was super sweet and lovely waited in the green room for hours on end without no coming in to pick me up. Do better with making sure that green room time is short because people have places to go and don't got time to wait.
