The staff was very caring and as gentle as possible. I had an in fiction and broken tooth and they worked with me to pay for it. That was one of the best experiences I have had at a dentist office

As you wait on hold, they express concern if you are in pain and will strive to see you asap. Lost filling and tooth broke, so its really starting to get painful. I was told 11 days before I could be seen. Don't really want a toothache for 11 days. Guess because I'm not a current patient, it's been 2 years since my last visit, I'm low on the totem pole!

I made a review but i thought it was for the dyersburg location. The jackson location took 45 mins after my scheduled appointment to get me back. Even though 4 people came in behind me with appointments later than mine and went back before me. Their excuse was they needed a room. Maybe the room that you gave the last 4 people. I got back there and all they did was do xrays and sent me home. So i got there 20mins early and sat for 45 mins after my scheduled appointment to wait for a room just so they could xray. When i was the only person there for 20-30mins

This place shouldn't even be open got robbed for 4100 more than half of the work didn't get done they put a cap on my husbands tooth the tooth broke in half under the cap.... Even been told teeth got pulled that didn't need to be good luck if you use this place your gonna need it

They seem to be concerned about speed How fast they get you in out. I think that they could slow down and make sure that you are comfortable with what they are doing to you

They did a amazing job. They were fast and did a great job explaining everything that was going on and what to expect. Update. They suck. One of the worst experience ive ever had. I don't even wanna go into detail. Just dont go here

After being referred to an endodontist and him suggesting that a filling would be sufficient for the tooth after root canal was completed. I was told by dentist at Aspen Dental that it wasn't sufficient. So this makes me feel like Aspen Dental is just trying to make money but suggesting a cap rather then a filling like the endodontist had suggested. How would this make you feel?

Friendly, knowledgeable, professional people galore but I absolutely hate the dentures. I paid $2,600 for "the best" and am very disappointed. They are ill fitting, bulky and cheap. I'll never do business here again and I would whole heartedly recommend that you take your money somewhere else.
