I checked in 20 minutes in advance but was called after an hour. Again waited in the chair inside for another 45 minutes before the dentist checked me. No cleaning or procedure was done, but I waited for a long time. I have been in that clinic for 2 hours.

I went here two years ago. The staff that did my cleaning and pretty much everybody was very courteous and Great people. However I needed a root canal. They have a person that comes in on certain days to do them I don't know if they are from a different practice, but that person was rude and did a root canal. well I could feel it. And even though I voiced that I could feel it she kept drilling saying I'm almost done. Wrist pain I've ever felt. I was set to get two crowns on my front teeth. I got one and she said the other one she wouldn't do because I needed another root canal. Come to find out after going to another dentist I know I did not need another root canal. She's lied to me before when she was at destiny dental and told me that I needed dentures. When my teeth were savable. I will not go back there because of this lady alone. If you have anything but a root canal or crown I'd suggest going here .

when I first visited Aspen dental in the spring for the first time, the experience was wonderful the team all the way from the x-rays to the cleaning to meeting the doctor herself they were all fun, friendly, and professional. I felt comfortable for the first time in a dentistry, I called Aspen dental about two and a half weeks ago to set up an follow up appointment they scheduled me for the 3rd of August sent me a confirmation email a few days later I called them the 27th of July to inform them that I had new dental insurance and the receptionist told me that on the 1st of my insurance comes into effect to call her so she could give me the amount of how it would be how much it would be out of pocket at the end of my visit on the 3rd I had called today on the 2nd of August to inform her of the new insurance and see how much it would be. But instead she informed me that the last time we spoke I had canceled the appointment for the 3rd. I informed her that I did not cancel that appointment because I would not cancel an appointment to have my tooth taken care of that has been leaving me in terrible pain for weeks. she insisted that I had to have been the one who canceled my appointment I informed her that that is not the case. she would not hear any of it and informed me that regardless of my pain I would have to wait to the 23rd of this month before they could even see me to have it extracted, three more weeks of terrible pain? would I be wrong to leave the services of Aspen dental for a different dentistry? I don't think so but regardless my first visit was enjoyable I liked the location and the team that helped me so I plan to keep my appointment for the 23rd and still do business with Aspen regardless I just thought this should be known about, thank you.

The doctor and her assistant were both very courteous and professional. Any time I had even the slightest discomfort they would stop to make sure I was fine. I had a worse cavity then originally thought and the doctor still managed to fix it and it is feeling pretty good to this day. I highly recommend the Adrian MI Aspen Dental.

Okay so I had to go in and I was treated very well. I dont remember having all my dental issues addressed all at once. Everything was included price, procedures, and impression all done along with prescription. Very impressive.

They get the job done. More problems? Then more appointments. They focus on one thing that a time. Keep it simple. The dentist that did my extractions was great as well as his sidekick. And informative as to what was to come.

Broke top two front teeth got in next Day got temporary Crowns put in wait about Three weeks for Permanent Crowns to be made and put in.They all are wonderful to work with Thank You.

They were very kind from the first motor I made the phone call until the moment my son and I walked out of the office they fully explained everything to us regarding car store how to get help to pay with things I definitely very pleased

I had an appointment in January, I made several months in advance which they had to reschedule due to lack of hygienists. They were unable to get me in until mid April. Today I got another message that they have to reschedule again for the same issue. At this time I'm unable to even schedule another appointment!! They just put me on a waitlist. I've been with them for years however I will look for a new dental office ASAP. Paying for dental insurance, making appointments months in advance and not being able to go when scheduled is a disappointment. They should also know more than 2 days ahead of time that they don't have the staff to cover so their clients could look elsewhere or plan accordingly.

I would like to thank aspen dental for getting me in on such short notice. I had a tooth go bad and they got me in and took care of the problem right away. The staff was very helpful and informative about what there plan of action was and didn't pressure me into anything. Thanks again aspen dental

I have been a patient here for many years. Usually I am able to get an appointment that will work with my busy schedule without having to wait very long. They do a great job every time and are very conscious of their patients pain during procedures, which they do try to eliminate any pain. They really do try to make each visit more of a positive experience instead of negative which is a plus for those like me who hate going to the dentist! The entire office staff are so helpful, personable, and nice.

My wife had extensive work here with out of pocket near 4000 dollars. She paid going along with out of pocket based on insurance contribution. At no time did they bother with pre approvals, we found out after the fact. So BIG SURPRISE bill at the end of nearly 500 dollars. Also, one time she paid 1000 dollars which they failed to record. Good thing she caught it. The final bill included 0 paid for follow up cleaning which she paid over 100. When asked about that their respo se was literally,, They said " that's just how they do it. " So, improper record keeping, surprise bills is "just how they do it.". Taking our business to a more professional place.
