Great people who worked with us to understand all options and how pricing was affected by each option. Fast and friendly service.

I went in to have a crown reset. Three hours later of xrays, hygienist evaluation and being left in the chair while they all went to lunch, it took the dentist 15 minutes, and I was out the door.

First time patient. Went in and the staff was very unorganized. The Dr that I had was more concerned about the assistant in the room than looking at the issues/questions I had. They told me I had early stages periodontal gum disease and I needed a $1000.00 deep cleaning to do a surface cavity filling. My teeth are in almost perfect condition. I brush and floss on the regular. I just had braces removed and my orthodontist would have NOT put braces on my teeth if he thought for a second I had gum disease. My family and I will be looking for a new family dentist.

I had a tooth extraction and the doctor was so gentle I didn't even realize that the procedure was completed. Minimal pain. Great customer skils.

Aspen Dental - I broke a tooth (molar) and lost a filling. Super painful. Just need it out. Had a place last week that could do it but they didn't accept my insurance, Aspen said they did and said they could pull it same day but had no appointments until tomorrow (5 days after i could've had it pulled) at the Villages location, I decided to wait. I get a call a few minutes ago to confirm the appointment. The lady said the appointment was for a "new patient" X-rays and consultation. I ex plained about the tooth and said they can't guarantee and don't often do that stuff on first visits. Next she asks about my insurance. Then she tells me they don't take my insurance. Come to find out, Aspen has a call center that takes calls and makes appointments. I'd assume since they're a big chain dental office that call center's job is to say whatever is necessary to make that first appointment and get people through the door even if that means they remain in pain for days, not eating etc.. Lesson learned on my part. I'm sharing this information so perhaps someone else doesn't make the same mistake.

My teeth are a mess and I was personally ashamed to go to the Dentist. The folks there are so nice and assured me that I did the right thing by coming in. Way too convenient to hide behind masks nowadays but soon I can stop hiding and start smiling! Thank you!

The worst dental practice I've ever been to. After your first visit you can't get a hold of them. They put you on hold for 10 minutes then hang up on you. When I left messages 4 times to return my call to get the referral for Endo they never returned call. Wanted to charge me over $1000.00 for what they said is a deep cleaning. Never heard a cleaning so expensive.

I was in pain. They do not do emergency service. They are not concerned with you being in pain. Money hungry, typical corporate business. D$. They owe me money $1000

I had a fantastic experience with Aspen Dental from the start . Everyone that I came in contact with from beginning of my visit to the end . I had a terrible time finding a dentist with the dentist listed in the social security handbook. And took a chance calling Aspen their first visit is free come to find out they do accept the insurance I have through social security but they did accept the insurance so I'm going to be getting the last of my bad teeth pulled and my new dentures on Friday so I went from a two year look and never got a call back to making a appointment on Monday to the doctor on Wednesday and making all the impressions and new appointment on Friday same week for my extractions and my new set of dentures. My experience is was fantastic is all I can say. Thanks Aspen Dental.
