I went today for cleaning and fluoride. I was told there will be a charge for the fluoride treatment. I informed the "purple hair" lady that I checked with my insurance and the fluoride treatment is covered by my insurance. I also asked her to check with my insurance. After getting my teeth cleaned by the hygienist I was told I that the purple people eater informed the hygienist I was not covered for the fluoride. I went to my car and called my insurance provider that I was covered and I asked her to call Aspen. She advised the purple people eater I was covered. I returned to the office and then she responded everyone makes mistakes after I told her if she had called my insurance this could have been avoided. The hygienist and x-ray technician were nice and pleasant.That's the only reason I gave Aspen the rating.

Loved it. Staff was very friendly. Helped me right away helped with all my questions and got the work done in a timely manner. Very appreciative of them.

I was really nervous about my first periodontal cleaning but the staff made me feel safe and welcomed. And my hygienist was amazing at listening to my cues of needing a break or if my numbing was wearing off.

Hygienist made me comfortable as I have a fear of anything dental related. She was knowledgeable and explained things. Pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient.

Everyone has been amazing from the very first visit. Step my step explications, nothing was a surprise. All of my concerns have been addressed and I couldn't be happier with my new smile!! Aspen Dental on Washington St , you guys ROCK!

I was hesitate about going because I didn't want to go and not get done what I needed to get done on my partial. I believe her name is Kim reassured me without promising me that would be able to help me! Then she worked very hard to reaffirm with my insurance my coverage! I've never had anyone talk to me when I tried to cancel an appointment. They just always say ok. Aspen has a star employee at the Washington St location! The whole team was so kind and explained everything to me! I would highly recommend them!

I had a appt in Febuary they said it was a free for my first time I opened a care credit but have not had any other work done.but they charged me 1100.00 on my care credit witch was wrong every time I call I'm just left on hold.

So far everything has been nice. I can say that they are very nice and they seem to really care about there patients. They talked through the process and the staff let me know what they where doing. The staff made me feel really comfortable.

The staff is friendly and the office is clean. However, I only gave 4 stars due to any services provided, you have to pay half the cost of the dental service prior to your appointment day and the balance the day of your appointment. I thought that was unusual. Most dental practices have you pay the day of the appointment after services rendered.
