I went in for a check-in and the staff was very friendly! I was walked through the process and everything was explained to me and shown to me visually so I can understand the treatment plan!

Went there for help with a cavity and I left without anything being done/repaired. Wasted a half day for nothing. Very disappointing visit.

They (Doctor, and the rest of employees) did not seem to care I was in pain, and, and I left in pain. However, I did receive finance to come back to have dental work completed. So for the company, they did their job by securing a client. However, waiting in pain for a week seem gives one the impression that this company care more about the money than helping the client out of pain.

Definitely heard what I wanted done and did exactly what I wanted done. With other dentist offices they tried to push me to do other things. I absolutely pleased with my visit! Thank you Aspen Dental! Also they work with you financially. Which I didn't need but for others that might, if your 21 or over your first visit is free!!

If i could zero out of four. They waited so long to pull my tooth i had to be hospital due to not being able to eat drink or breathe well. They refused to help or appologize. This place has trash staff. Definitely will be proceeding with legal litigation YOU ALMOST COST ME MY LIFE ABD ALL YOU HAVE TO SAY IS SORRY

Doctors are okay. Worst experience ever with the bills. The front desk ladies never make things right. Charge me for what I didn't do!! Beware of their bills before you leave. It is too late when they overcharge you and you found out months later.
