They do not get you in at your appointment time ever. I have had 6 appointments here and haven't once been in dentist chair within even ten minutes of my appointment time, even did first appointment of the day and still didn't get in until 25 minutes past time, had to complain to front desk. Everything else has been acceptable here, they just don't value your time.

Stay away from this office warning morning morning stay away from this office. This officer liars. I went in there scheduled my appointment when I told them please not to scan my information. All the sudden they said that their computers were down and they cannot x-ray me or give me any service whatsoever They are liars and refuse people service for no reason whatsoever stay away stay away, stay away.

I was very content with with how they did stuff. Friendly staff. However, why try to require half the payment for removals just to set the appointment? Never heard of that. I would have been just fine with paying it the day of the appointment. Yet to require payment just to set that appointment? No. Will now have to sadly look elsewhere. Update, had no choice because of Insurance and now that the appointment was scheduled, they called cancelling their own appointment. What am I supposed to do about the missed work now on the days that it was and now I have to call in for work next week as well?

They were great. I needed a denture adjustment. They were patient with me, Aspen was the only one that gave me the proper adjustment. I can now eat without denture pain.

The nurses, dentist and even the financial officer were all a great team and very professional. If cost is in issue, they will try to help you as best as they can for the best care they can provide.

My experience with Delta Dental has been all positive so far. I have quite a but to do so I'll hopefully have the best results i could've imagined. I'll update in the future.

I WOULD POST PICTURES BUT IM EXTREMELY EMBARRASSED & HURT Due to a dentist making a mistake during an appointment I can't get any other offices to correct his work. Im highly upset. Aspen refunded me but that's not close to being enough. I went to get a filling removed off the front of my tooth THAT WASNT NEEDED WHY DID SWOPE PUT IT THERE IDK!! & the dr drilled to far into my tooth. Now I have a "white"composite that's appears to be dark yellow compared to my teeth and darker thn it did from the jump WHICH IS WHY I CAME HERE IN THE FIRST PLACE!! I called around no other aspen will fix it. The original location wants me to pay for their employees mistake in order to get my tooth corrected! Doesn't make sense. Fix your mistakes and take that payment as a loss For the inconvenience! All I want it for my tooth to match my other front teeth!! I'm not gonna get into the other work that they provided there that I absolutely did not need at all! Paid 1800 I feel like it's a discrimination situation here & I'll continue to try to get my tooth fix the best I can..

They do not do root canals there - even if they inadvertently expose a large nerve that causes days of pain and the emergency line does not answer. I had no choice on the advise of my primary doctor to have them extract the tooth they had crowned two weeks prior. I missed so much work from pain that I can't pay my household bills this month.

I had an amazing experience yesterday. The dentist I had was Mark Jensen. He was so kind, and did an amazing job on me. The girl, Lauren, who did my X-rays, was just so cute and sweet. They both made me feel so calm and comfortable. Wonderful place! Just a chill environment with lots of cool people from the time you enter, until you leave! Will go there forever!

Dr. Sangki Yang was EXCELLENT!!!!! I was beyond nervous and between him and his staff there are no words how comfortable and at ease they made me!!!! Definitely 5 stars and highly recommended!!!!!

I went in just to check about the possibility of financing for what I knew was going to be an expensive procedure. They were able to squeeze me in for an initial visit, and to apply for the financing. I honestly didn't expect for the work to be done the same day, but they did it. Everyone there was very pleasant.

When I arrived, I had a broken tooth and was worried it was something that wasn't going to be able to be repaired but the staff were so friendly and went above my expectations. He fixed my tooth to look better then before! I'll definitely be returning!

When I arrived for my appointment everyone was so kind, professional and had great customer service with the receptionist who went beyond to check on my insurance. Dr Yang is the best. I'm so happy with the service today. Will be returning for new dentures. Thank you all.
