It's a very welcoming environment. I'm scared of going to dentists, but all of the employees were super friendly and understanding. If you have ever had a bad experience at a dentist that made you afraid to go back, I suggest going to Aspen Dental, since they are so kind and also very informative with your health, and willing to answer any questions or clarifications if you have them.

The dentist, Johnathon made me feel comfortable and relaxed, as much as practical. He was very concerned about my comfort and tried to make the tooth extraction as painless as possible. Pulling teeth is always painful. But he and his assistant did their best.

Definitely don't deserve any stars. Took my husband in to have a tooth pulled because he was in extreme pain.They didn't pull the tooth. Told him he needed a ton of work done and then talked him into getting a care credit card. He ended up going somewhere else the next day and they took care of him the same day. In the meantime we just got a notice from Care Credit that he had $1100 transaction. Aspen charged the card for services they didn't even perform. I'm not sure how this is even legal? Charging someone's credit without consent and without performing services is fraud.

These guys need to get their scheduling figured out. They are always over scheduled. I had an appointment scheduled for 930 am. They called 2 dates prior and rescheduled for 830 am. Then the morning of as I was heading out the door send me a text saying the appointment was at 945. I arrived at 815 and asked what was going on with the appointment and they stated that it was for 945 and since I was already there and it was their mistake they would fit me in. They took me back for my cleaning and started off with a polish and floss. I then sat in the chair until 945 when they finally started my cleaning. Correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't the polish go after the cleaning so they don't take it all off with the cleaning?

The dental hygienist is amazing!!! Very professional and extremely knowledgeable. She does her job very well, doesn't cut any corners, and is very thorough. She is the best dental hygienist I've had clean my teeth. I'd recommend her services to everyone. She does an amazing and professional job!!!

Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Went in for a check-up and x-rays and they were able to take care of my cleaning then, too. I will definitely be back! :-)

The Staff was Awesome i had a problem when i had a appointment at 5:00 pm i didnt have insurance becuase just started a new job and i get there they told me itll be 15 min so i paid with cash after i paid they said itll be 30 min wait then after 30 min they said itll be another 30 min wait so after working a 13 hour day at work i just wanted to get something to eat and relax a lil so i said i would just get another appointment so the next day i called and said i just wanted a refund i couldnt get time off work and just wanted a refund of the 360.00 i paid in cash Now the money i paid in cash i cant get refunded for another 4 to 5 days. Its already been 3 days. But if they asked me for the payment and i said itll be 4 to 5 days they wouldnt of let me in the front door. The staff was awesome the office very clean and updated, Great place to go just dont pay in cash. I liked it im only upset about the not being refunded i paid in cash why cant they just give me back the cash i paid.

I was pretty impressed. The only disappointment was that I've been in excruciating pain for about a month now. . I asked 3 different times for a prescription for antibiotics and pain medicine because I have an infection. I was told it wasn't necessary and to take over the counter medication for pain. The pain is now way worse. It hurts to eat and talk.. I am hoping th

So the dental hygienist was in the middle of scraping my teeth and The noise was more annoying than it's ever been and she got really mad and she told me since I walked in I've been rude to everybody I came in contact with when I asked her how she walked out.
