Just moved to the Cape and due for my 6 month cleaning. They refused to schedule stating I MUST have an exam, x-rays and THEY would give me a plan. I've followed a dental plan for 65+ years, I had x-rays about 6 months ago so they would not be covered by insurance. I will not be using them as a dental health provider.

They were very prompt in helping the customers and the doctors there are very nice and make sure that your visit was to your satisfaction. When your getting your teeth done they are very thorough in explaining things and what they are exactly doing and if you have questions. I was in no pain, except of course what is expected afterwards. I liked that the first consultation is free. My visit was exceptional.

Worst dental clinic ever , they are extremely overpriced , they refused to fix my problem and they talked all about money, they are doing everything against their oath!

Dr. Taylor and staff provide a comfortable friendly experience. The technician today was Ray, and she made a point of saying more than once her job was patient care, reassuring me more than once I was her first priority. My issue was taken care of and hopefully will solve what was happening with my dentures. The front desk staff was also very polite and helpful. I recommend this office quite often to people looking for dental care.

Appointment was on time. Front end team were friendly and polite. Hygienist Angela is so thorough, friendly and provides very good feedback on the state of your oral hygiene.

very impressed with my first visit. the staff was friendly and knowledgeable and they explained treatment options and prices - no high pressure sales. it's great that they are open late on mondays. the free set of x-rays on the first visit was an amazing offer. i'm their patient now!

Even though I showed up on the wrong day, they took me in, did an xray and an exam, contacted my primary care doctor and scheduled an extraction in 4 days all in the space of about an hour. Great work, much appreciated.

I also had a great experience. Probably the best experience I've ever had at a dentist. Amanda was especially helpful, and a trooper for working shorthanded! The staff are knowledgeable and explain every step as they go through the procedure. I won't go anywhere else!

Very detailed initial examination pointing out issues that had been previously undiagnosed. Dr. Taylor and the entire staff were very professional and answered all my questions and concerns.

Amazing Hyannis staff, from front desk (t.y. Amanda) to the Dr. As well... so kind, willing to work on payment..all around a very pleasant experience.

It was a good appointment, from the front office to everybody that was involved. They explained everything to me clearly. I wouldn't mind having them as my Dental care group but they don't take my insurance. Im trying to work with them for all the problems I have. Hyannis group you are all awesome. Thank you.
