This was the first visit at Aspen located on Bob Wallace, Huntsville, AL. The appointment was very thorough. I never had so many x-rays.

Had an extraction done at this location, after informing them that I'm hard to numb, they took extra steps to ensure I was completely numb prior to beginning the procedure. My tooth was extremely stubborn coming out and the staff dealing with me ended up staying well after closing time to get it finished up. I've had multiple concerns since the procedure, and every time I have, the doctor has had me come in to be seen and made time to see me even though they were busy. Excellent staff, wonderful atmosphere, and truly care for their patients. Would recommend everyone to here for your dental needs.

Staff is very nice and the office is pretty clean and neat. 3 stars because They really need to work on scheduling. I've been to this one twice and both times I didn't get seen till 30+ min after my apt time. Even after I rescheduled due to not enough hygienist available. It's pretty simple, if you don't have the staff to meet the need don't offer the time slot. Don't force your staff to play catch up all day. I didn't have this issue at my previous office.

I called here to set up an appointment for a basic cleaning, and I was quoted 76$ by the receptionist over the phone. So I went in expecting to pay that or something close to that, but once I got there I was told they need to run x-rays to examine my teeth at no cost to me just to see what needs to be done. Needless to say after extensive x-rays I was told I needed a deep cleaning which would cost up to $2500 total. I decided to get a second opinion from another dentist, so I left. Weeks later I got a bill in the mail for $200+ for x-rays I was told were free of charge. Also after visiting another dentist I was told that all I needed was a basic clean which costs me less than $100. Aspen Dental is very misleading, and I would not recommend to ANYONE! Please consider other options because this place will lie about what you really need to get done for extra money. They also told me that legally they couldn't just give me a basic clean, but obviously that was a lie because I was told by another dentist that my teeth weren't as bad as Aspen said they were.

I went to A span Dental because I broke my bottom plate. They said They could not fix it that I would need a whole new set. Ok so I got a new set. I have went back 4 times to get them adjusted and they still hurt. They feel to big and that they are not fitting right. I can't eat like I did before. Less then half way though a meal they hurt so much I can't finish eating. Don't know why they just couldn't fix my old ones but on well. I wish I would of tried some where else. Maybe I wouldn't be hurting now and could eat Very disappointed Update At this time I can not get in to the office. I wish I could. Besides I was told there is nothing more they can do.

The staff was very nice when entering Aspen Dental and greeted very professionally. Stephanie the secretary was nice as she gave instructions on feeling out paper work. The two ladies that took us back was Mariah and Maggie they were very polite and professional handle us with care with exams. Also, the hygienist Kara was very polite explain our X-rays as well as what we need to get done. The dentist doctor was very nice, polite and calm can't recall his name but he to reassured us what we need it during the visit and was positive and professional me and my husband was impressed. Thanks again staff!!!

I love Aspen Dental! They are very professional, not to mention very caring! Abby is our dental assistant, she has been with me Thur my journey of changing my smile... And let me tell you, I've had the worst of worst experience, before coming to Aspen Dental. It wasn't about money, nor was it a rushed session, they walked us threw the entire process, gave great advice, most of all, they took the best care of me, and even called after surgery to check on me! Trust, some of my teeth, took a lot of the dentists time. They didn't won't to come out! Abby is so wonderful, compassioned, she spent so much time with me, knowing I was scared, she made my process so easy and comfortable! Thank you to the best team ever @ Aspen dental! From check in, to the accountants! We love you guys...

I had a great first experience at Aspen Dental and will use this office from now on. Maggie , Beth , Reda , Kippy and Dr. Abtin did such a great job and were so nice !
