Easy to make appointments they get you in on time. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Dentist was fantastic and I don't like going to the dentist. Made you feel very comfortable. I would recommend Aspen Dental Hudson NY.

My Experience today at Aspen Dental was WONDERFUL!!! Every One Person was Super Professional, Kind & Out For My Situation to be Great. My Dentist Dr. Arena Is Excellent!!! Financially, I have a tight budget but I Need work done, Kristen in Front With Dr. Arena made it happen for me!!! THANK YOU

This place is all about luck of the draw. For my last visit, they would score 0 if there was not for the girl taking XRays she was awesome. The Dentist, who's name I was not given, was totally unprofessional, looked into my X-Rays in a separate room, eventually came to the examining room asked me why I came, I told him that it's a regular check up and cleaning, he told me to schedule a cleaning then. Never even looked at my teeth. To top it off I got billed for a comprehensive exam, establishing new patient (I've been here numerous times prior to this visit) Total of $73 for the visit that should have been 100% covered by the insurance. It is all about who you get scheduled with, and they do not ask you who do you want to see. I have had good experiences here in the past with different dentist. Generally they will try to sell you stuff, and are always charging for more than they should, which is not a huge deal when they actually do what they suppose to.

My complaint is not about the people in rhe office it is about Aspen Dental call center. They are useles!!!!!I tool a day off for cleaning and imagine my surprise when they "couldn't " do it because I eas a new patient. I have always gitten an exam and cleaning together!! My soul purpose fir the appoint was a ckean8ng. Dobt have a call center if you cant give the correct information!

The front desk associates and dental assistants were wonderful, and very compassionate. The doctor however was very unfriendly, and I will not be going back to him.

My husband was suffering with a toothache. Finding a dentist that will see you quickly is near to impossible. I called Aspen Dental They had him come in that day but because of an equipment problem they had to have him come back at 8 AM the next day. MY husband has not had good luck with dentists but he was very satisfied at Aspen. He will be following up for further treatment. Thank you Aspen.

The staff was so kind, extremely organized and they practiced efficiency and care throughout my visit, from the answering service that fielded my first call to the dental assistant who patiently ran my xrays to the hygienist who cleaned my teeth. The office was super clean and felt incredibly safe with clear Covid protocols. Highly recommend this Hudson location!

My son is 17 and had to go in by himself. He said that the dentist that checked his teeth and took the x-rays was more knowledgeable on anything that he's ever been told and no one has ever told him about his teeth like that before. He said he really likes the dentist. I was called in there and he explained to me about his front tooth and about his permanent crown that is getting put on and his feelings that are getting done and they're fixing a few fillings that he was not happy about. So overall visit was great. And of course I don't remember his name.

i had a wonderful experience at aspen dental. on the first visit i received free ex-rays and a consultation. my second visit was to have two old filling replace and again it was very pleasant. all of the assistants were knowledgeable and kind. my dentist was great and had a sense of humor which i find necessary when getting dental work. i would definitely recommend them to my friends.

The staff were most accommodating from the time I first called for a an appt right until I left the office. All of the staff explained each procedure before starting treatment and were concerned with my comfort level, being sure I understood every aspect of the care provided. I would definitely recommend Aspen Dental to anyone .
