Very friendly and very gentle! I'm thank they took my insurance. Whatever my insurance didn't cover I had to pay out of pocket. You need to know ahead of time so you can prepare.

THEY ARE AMAZING, I was able to get a Cleaning, Root Canal and Impression in literally one day, the Hygene Team knows me so well they're family, you won't get better service anywhere else!!

Service was quick even though they had an internet outage. Clear communication in regards to the procedure and pricing. Only complaint is the use of the call center as I set my appointment up the night before because of an emergency and when I went chr my appointment it showed canceled because the appointment couldn't be verified the day before. Need to either eliminate the call center or utilize it as it was intended

I requested an appointment in Huber and they canceled it without notifying me. I found out that has been cancelled when I arrived. 1) On the phone they say that as new patient: the first appointment and Rx are free. 2) At the office and they told me that my appointment has been cancelled, that the X-rays cost 160 usd and they offer me to choose another day and the other office is much further away. :(

Everyone at Aspen Dental were kind and had a good experience there. I recommend anyone with teeth problems to go to their.

Did not have a good experience. I went in as a new patient today. All staff were polite and professional, however I felt that Dr. Scott was in a hurry. Also he told me that there was decay under my front crown and that he recommends a new one. I only went there because I lost dental insurance coverage. The crown was estimated at $1750 out of pocket He also told me that I needed periodontal cleaning at $475 every four months. I went back afterwards to my old dentist and had the regular cleaning done for $125; out of pocket. The regular cleaning has been working just fine for years. My old dentist checked if I needed a new crown for my front tooth which he did not deem necessary. It turned out that the charge for a front tooth crown with my old dentist is $1200, out of pocket, instead of $1750 with Aspen. I will get the Cigna discount plan which is accepted with my old dentist. I wish I had not wasted my money on the Careington plan. Aspen Dental seems to have extremely high upfront costs. I suggest to get a second opinion first from a non chain dentist before having any work done. Update. Four years later: I still have the crown this office had asked me to replace without any complications. I am glad that I went for a second opinion.

First of all the dentist that looked at my teeth thought she knew more about the care of my teeth than I did. Which I found very self-righteous and ignorant ob her behavior. Second the women that set up my apartment's for all over the place instead of Huber Heights where I live. Third they advertise that they do affordable work which is a lie. I found another place that is going to do the same work that aspen wanted to charge me almost 8000 dollars for less than half the price. Please go some place other than here you will be treated with more respect.

The Huber Heights location changed their days/hours without contacting me about my appointment needing to change as a result. The company, or at least this location, does not seem to be very patient-oriented, possibly as a result of being preoccupied with being short-staffed (now only open on Tues/Wed, while my appointment was on a Monday). I'd recommend going with just about any other dental clinic, as I have given up on Aspen for good. They honestly though don't seem equipped to handle the potential volume of patients they perhaps once had.

I went in there crying in so much pain I was ready to kill myself with a impacted wisdom tooth and they took me in and they saved my life that same day. Mind you I will not be able to pay rent this month because it cost me $800 to get one single tooth removed but whatever.. I would rather sleep under a bridge then deal with that pain.

I had been to Aspen before in the past in other cities, but this is the first time I've experienced extremely poor customer service. I scheduled an appointment online for a few weeks out. I was called a few days prior to confirm. I did not answer and a voicemail was left. I called back later that day to confirm my appointment and spoke to someone who told me I was good to go. I came into my appointment on time and waited in line for 11-13 minutes while they were sorting out another customers mess. Once I was helped, it was discovered that someone had canceled my appointment and they could not see me. They apologized and I agreed to come back in at the next available date, two weeks later. I did not receive any confirmation calls this time, but I did receive a confirmation text, which I replied to. I went in for my appointment, only to find that my time had been cancelled yet again. This time, the staff was far less apologetic. They seemed to imply I was lying about not receiving any confirmation calls, but again, I received a confirmation text that I showed them. They moved past this and said they could squeeze me in. I was called back up to the desk to be notified that since I had been to an Aspen dental before in years past, I was not considered a new patient and therefore could not be seen today. They told me the next available date to be seen was over two months out. Needless to say I declined their "generous" offer and will take my business elsewhere. The office admin seemed relieved by that response as her work was now done. She was happy to hear I did not want to reschedule my appointment for a third time. My wife had a new patient appointment scheduled for next month that we will also be cancelling.

Beware of Aspen Dental they tell you that they accepts your insurance then at the end after procedures are done you receive a hefty bill. Their commercial is also misleading

Dentist office way to crowded. Covid still going. Allow people to have different appointments there should only be 3 people in the waiting room not 6 or seven people I got a tooth pulled. They didn't give me any meds They Money hungry like any other doctors

Good luck getting someone to answer the phone. They put in a temporary crown that broke, called multiple times, left multiple messages. Still no call back.

I have a cracked tooth and excruciating pain. I called there and it said leave a voicemail and they'll call me back as soon as they can. I called Friday at 11:00 a.m. . Never heard back all day from them. And any office you call you cannot talk to a live person it just want you to leave voicemails. And my experience here 2 years ago was not good as well. So happy to delete Aspen dental from my phone. I now have a new dentist with real people.
