This place was a life saver! I was a walk-in on a Saturday and they helped me same day! Even being 6 weeks pregnant they were amazing and worked with me on pricing and treatment! Would highly recommend to anyone with need of emergency treatment!

Went in for 6 extractions and 2 same day implants. DR. Zonoozi and his assistants were awesome! They went over everything going on including take home care instructions. Front staff made sure I was scheduled for a follow up visit. Great staff! Definitely recommend!

The staff is nice, kind and professional. I like their upfront informative way to avoid surprise billing. I've not had any work other than a cleaning but I'm scheduled for 11/15 for extractions. We will see because I'm a hard pull

aesthetically pleasing lobby friendly and polished front desk concierge very personable and accommodating in billing caring/considerate hygienist highly educated impressionist in the lab doctors' transparent and contemporary reasonable prices returns phone calls promptly prior dentist judgmental not these people overall very positive experience this place is all about options and there is no better point of service than giving someone options. I knew what I needed and I agreed with the doctor's prognosis. Walked away with ill-fitting dentures that I cannot wear which cost me 1,000 bucks but I'm getting snap-on implants and would like the money I spent applied to my implants or some of the money applied toward that same service. Give this place a two thumbs up!

Arcadia was a great help with helping me come up with a dental plan and payment schedule. I enjoyed the staff overall and I am looking forward to my finish product.

Predatory upselling. I called and scheduled a check-up and cleaning as a new patient. They attempted to bill me $100+ for a toothbrush I said I already have, $30 for a scan I had already signed a paper saying I didn't want, $400+ for an invisalign treatment I said I didn't want, and after 2 hours in the appointment, said I would need to come back for the cleaning at a later date because a cleaning isn't guaranteed as a new patient. Craziness.

Giving a two because the x ray person was delightful and very professional. Most of the experience with other staff was not pleasant. I was told my insurance did not cover anything very loudly at the front after they approved it over the phone. There was no apology by front desk staff for this mistake and had to wait until the end of visit to figure out I had benefits, I only saw one specialist even though on your first visit your supposed to see two. I saw a man a doctor who fair but also arrogant and didnt explain his process as he poked around in my mouth while I have an infection, it was painful. To sum up the energy they did not give care because they didn't believe I could pay. Well I wont be because I don't feel confident with a careless staff.
