I had an appointment and they weren't even open. Is this even a real dentist office?

I was a little disappointed, I arrived early, just as the doors opened and had to wait while five other people were taken care of before me, even though my appointment was set for 7AM immediately when they open. Then the dental hygienist said he could do a particular type of cleaning at no additional cost. Then I was escorted to the central office and they notified me it was going to cost me $371.00 for the exam, x-rays, and cleaning. And the hygienist wasn't very gentle when using the cavitron. He did say I had been managing my current dental situation pretty well. And then the dentist came in. I asked about new technology I've seen reported on now for several years about new dental technologies to help with the kind of problems I have and the dentist said we don't have the type of extra clean facility here for that kind of work, only in hospitals, so I was wondering if they might be able to do this in the future. If we know about this technology and dentists and doctors don't make it available to use, how are we supposed to help ourselves? The bill was very expensive. My previous hygienist doesn't approve of this dentist. I came here because the hygienist was fresh out of dental school and had recommended MI paste, I now use it often. This isn't curing the current problems though. In the past this office has been very helpful to me, they even gave me a carton of milk once when I was really hungry. I'm not so happy now.

Staff is so nice, made me feel comfortable from the start. Highly recommend. Thanks again! Omg surgery was so easy didn't feel anything. Came home and relaxed and feel great! I can not ever thank staff enough for all they have done. 500 stars!!!

My appt was at 715 am. I walked in and there were already 5 people waiting. I did not get seen until 0830am. It was like an assembly line. Terrible. After I was seen I was told I needed to speak with an office manager before any work could be done. All well and fine, but it took her 25 minutes to get to me. Then she tried to talk me into more than I had came for and more than the dentist himself said I needed done at the moment. When I said that to her she was very snide and rude. So, I did not get treated (thank goodness- probably dodged a bullet there). I will find a different dentist. Two hours wasted. Pitiful. I would never use them again. Don't waste your time.

Everyone from start to finish was friendly & seemed transparent, & knowledgeable...I have a couple problems with extreme anxiety, & I'm praying they will be a good fit for us! (First visit)

I went in to get a crown started. Staff was great as well as the doctor. Done without any pain and the doctor was very professional.

Awful experience. After not being seen for 30 minutes post appt. time. Walked out after sitting in the chair for 45 minutes. Dentist "examined" my teeth for all of 1 minute. The woman that did the x-rays was good.

I really don't want to add any stars at all, however the staff during my visit were quick, friendly, and welcoming and they deserve the credit for that and for getting me in in a timely matter due to a dental emergency. It was decided I need surgery for a TMJ issue, and they have to send over a referral and x-rays to the hospital about two hours away before I can start scheduling a consultation/date for surgery. I was seen Wednesday and now it is the following Tuesday. I have call every single day since then (not including the weekend) and finally yesterday, Monday, they said the referral was sent. I call the oral surgeon department of the hospital I have to and still they have not received the referral. Every passing day is a day I remain in pain, I can only eat soft foods, I can't talk for long or thoroughly brush my teeth. I am more than upset that something so seemingly simple could not be done in a timely matter. I will not be returning to this office again.

I have always been extremely anxious going to a dentist. Today talking to the two oral surgeons made me feel comfortable and they came up with a plan that they didn't have to yank all my teeth out where I would have to wear dentures, which is no good for me, gag on dentures. Tried them twice before and it just does't work for me. I was feeling really good until I started talking to the lady at the desk that put me in panic mode and I wanted to run out the door. She said I was there for a full set of dentures! NO... That is not right, she went back to the oral surgeons and they explained the plan they had discussed with me. Well that was a good scare but one of the oral surgeons and he put his hand on my shoulder and said something to the fact that they gave me a scare, but everything was alright. Made me so much more relaxed. I knew going in that this was going to be costly, but comfort is much more important to me at this age, like so many other things...lol. I will be happy if this procedure fits like a good pair of comfy shoes. Guess time will tell.

Ill start this by saying, local staff is terrific, so this doesnt reflect on them...Story Time; Booked my 6 month cleaning and exam 6 months ago. I get an email on the 4th of August saying my appointment needed to be rescheduled and to call in. I call in, am told on the phone that they're unsure why I received an email and that my appointment was still on. I received a confirmation email on the 5th. Fast forward to day (10th) I received 2 emails an hr apart. The first one saying my appointment was canceled. The 2nd saying I still.had my appointment and they "were excited to see me". So I show up, mind you I had to uber cuz my vehicle is in the shop, and am told my appointment is canceled. So here I am with a confirmed appointment, waiting for someone with the same time frame appointment who hasn't confirmed theirs to show up or not. If they do show up, I've wasted my time and PTO from work. Do better

Worst failure in the understanding of the term "appointment " standing room only waiting room packed. Answering system is out of state making appts, I had a 1:30 appt, was told to be early was there @1:00, was there only for a cost consultation. I would think Little Miss "office manager" could do that job on her own

Kristen preformed a bleaching on me, she was so much fun, made the experience super enjoyable and was there straightaway when I was in discomfort! Couldn't recommend her more as a hygienist! Thankyou for giving me a bright smile

Dr. Tinn was awesome. He pulled my tooth and I never even knew what happened. Ithought i was still waiting for my tooth to be pulled when in fact I was waiting to be assisted to my car. Thank you Dr. Tinn!!
