Everytime I call I get a machine so it's hard to make an appointment. I've had my appointments moved when it was an emergency. Ive also had a cap they put on my tooth fall out twice. Overall I've not had a great experience and would not recommend.

Went in for an emergency appt. After X-rays and talking to another woman about cleaning I waited for the doctor. He came in, did a visual inspection of my whole mouth and we discussed extraction and dentures. He never prescribed antibiotics. I was told to call in later because he had gone to lunch. I was never given antibiotics, the doctor Finally called me back the next day and said he found no sign of infection. But I could go ahead and make another appt and he would examine me again.... Not happening. I think I'll go to an actual doctor tomorrow

Aspen dental is by far the best dentist EVER I would recommend them to anybody, I have been looking for a dentist for a long time, they take the time to make sure you have the most perfect smile. & Will work with you on any Financial costs. So glad I found aspen dental!

I have had nothing but bad experiences at this location. They didn't do what they said they would on multiple locations. They make you confirm your appointment (if you don't your appt gets cancelled) but I have been made to wait a minimum of 45 minutes before getting back to a patient room. It really makes me angry that they won't keep the appointment they MAKE me confirm. What's the point if they won't keep it too?

our appt was at 945am we didn't get called back until 1109. the wait time was horrible. the receptionist was less organized he signed us in we sat down he called us back up i gave him the info he asked for sat back down to be called right back up there to fill out new patient paperwork. then he was less than polite to another lady there. after we got called back the staff was very pleasant but it was still a waiting game.

Had my teeth whitened. They did an amazing job. I am totally happy with the results and the professionalism of my tech. I would definitely recommend Aspen Dental to anyone.

Beware of shady business practices from this group. Scheduled an appt specifically with Dr. Graham, who was in my network. Called back after waiting 20 min [plenty of time to check eligibility] and was told after x-rays that I was out of network, it would be $110, and Dr. Graham was no longer with the practice even tho still listed with Anthem. After arguing with office manager I was told no charges would be billed. Not only did they bill the x-ray, but they also billed an oral exam that DID NOT HAPPEN [this is fraudulent]. Filed complaint with insurance, but beware....make sure that you verify they have checked eligibility before you go back!!!

I was at the dentist on Friday, 12 August they were very welcoming very helpful and Shelby which was the hygienist was great Dr. Owen was absolutely very personable and the lady that took me back which I don't remember her name she was very nice as well the only thing is that she did not change her gloves from the time we went from x-ray to the other room that was the only thing that I was uncomfortable with other than that my experience at Aspen Dental was great

From the receptionist to the X-ray technicians to the doctor they were all really really good I have a special needs son and he was treated very well I was so pleased the doctor was amazing I recommend them 10 out of 10

Shelby was amazing, she cleaned my teeth, and did an exceptional job, and made sure to walk me through what she was doing as she did it, and was patient with me, because my teeth are very sensitive.10 out of 10 recommend her cleaning your teeth.

I had a wonderful visit overall. The wait time both prior to and during the visit was long. Took almost2 hours from start to finish for a new patient. I had X-Rays and a consultation with the dentist, no procedures. Speaking to accounting took about a half hour after. The staff were all outgoing and friendly. They took their jobs seriously as well as having fun with each other while doing so. I have to say I was surprised when I was told what the cost of my full care would be, surprisingly so, $2000 less than I had budgeted with more discounts to come from a secondary insurance. Again, great employees, exceptional customer, and great value.
