If you don't have insurance they send you to Dr. Brockett, if you do have insurance they try to bleed every penny they can out of you, it's a shady bissness practice thats all this is. Just go to Dr. Brockett, he's just a short distance up the road and will be honest and transparent from the start.

I have never been or seen such a clean and friendly dental office. All of the doctors, technicians ,and associates were very professional and kind. Everyone at the Homosassa Aspen Dental treated me with respect and made me feel very relaxed. I am starting my treatment soon .and looking forward to my great new smile. Thanks Homosassa Aspen Dental.

Called every day for a week to set an appointment. they do not answer the phone or call you back i had to call the inverness office and they set an appointment for me at the homasasa office. I get there for my appointment and am told I don't have an appointment. They rescheduled me and now the day before my appointment they emailed me saying that they have to reschedule me. I had to request off work for both of these appointments costing me money. I am a single father and can not afford to miss this much work. Also they over charged me 800$ from our agreed upon price. Would not recommend to anyone. unprofessional and very deceptive and misleading about prices.

Absolutely awful service. Made an appointment 2 weeks ago. Received a text last week stating I needed to reschedule but the number belonged to another office and when I called the proper office no one responded to the call or voicemail. Now I showed up to my appointment and the office is completely closed and no one is here. This is very unprofessional and I will not be using Aspen Dental again.

We chose Aspen Dental because their location and flexible hours. We're new to the area and are looking for a dentist. They changed the time of my wife and my appointments without notifying us, so we waited the hour. They did take x rays but never performed a cleaning for any of the three of us. We all did the mouth cancer screening first an extra $30 out of pocket, which ended up being shining a blue flashlight in our mouths. They told us all (separately) that we needed extensive gum therapy...our daughter is 18 and we don't have gum issues. It was all very scammy. I don't normally leave bad reviews but we will not be back to Aspen Dental. So disappointed.

I'm so upset right now. I'm feeling misled by the "what to expect on the first visit" film clip. It shows a female dentist showing you around the first day in her Aspen Dental office. At the end of the clip, She says see you soon. I thought she was the dentist I would see.. The actual dentist was a very young man with 3 years experience who told me that I would hate my partials when I expressed anxiety about needing them them. I was told that I could see a Dr. Lee, who is much more experienced, but I can't get ahold of them. DR. Lee, If you read this, please tell me that I haven't made a huge mistake choosing Aspen Dental!

Plus side - easy to get online and make an appointment. I made an appt for a cleaning & x-rays. I told them I just moved to the area & needed a new dentist. This location is very convenient. I was SO disappointed to find out this was just a "meet & greet". They called it a "consultation". If my teeth were bad or they had not been cleaned in a long time, I could understand the need for a pre-exam. That wasn't the case. I have no cavities, bad gums, etc. No one explained there would be NO cleaning at this appt. Why? I wasted my time. I was told an appt would be made for a cleaning later. I am NOT a fan of being decieved. Right off the bat, I don't respect the lack of communication & witholding information. I won't be back.

I had a tooth that needed pulled due to pian had no insurance. And they were able to get me in within 24 hrs and removed the tooth that day. They also had me in and out quite fast

The best experience and service! EVERYONE of the staff went above and beyond to help me in my painful situation. Front desk was professional and had me in fast and the Doctor and assistant exrayed and explained everything from procedures to helping me with alternative cheaper payment solutions. Because of this experience, left knowing I'll be back for any future dental needs.

They will constantly cancel appointments. They have canceled my appointment like three times. On the fourth time I went there they told me they forgot to call me and said they canceled this appointment as well. Completely unprofessional. If they can't even keep an appointment how can you expect them to even be good at dentistry.

Go anywhere else. My husband had a 2:00 appointment with Aspen Dental in Homosassa. His appointment was just for a cleaning. He arrived 15 minutes earlier as requested because he was a new patient. While he was waiting he overheard 2 other patients complaining about wait times and the other about insurance- being told they accepted the one she had but after the procedure that was not the case. My husband was called back an hour after his scheduled time. The hygienist took xrays looked in his mouth. The dentist came in looked at the xrays but not in his mouth. Then waiting. My husband got up at 4:30 to leave. They wanted him to have crowns redone. Nothing was communicated and he never did get his teeth cleaned. Run from this place.Pick somewhere else.

I'm sitting here and have eleven am appointment and no one seems to care. When the times come I will write another review. Thinking I made a mistake coming here. Just noticed they finally did something about the lawn
