This was my first visit to Aspen. I was pleasantly surprised by the technology and size of the place. The staff was very welcoming and professional! I like the fact that it was a nice mix of young and mature staff professionals!...I also like the fact they explained in detail regarding your treatment plan!... And they options for those without insurance plans! I would definitely recommend going to Aspen Dental!

An excellent experience! The clinic is clean. The atmosphere is relaxing. The location is convenient. I was very impressed with the administrative and dental staff. The care and service I received was top notched! I'm looking forward to future appointments. Make an appointment sooner than later.

I had to wait forever to get seen. My appointment was at 9:15 am & I didn't get seen until 10:30am. When you schedule as a new patient they don't specify that you're really just going in for a consultation. So I was sitting there waiting for my teeth to be cleaned just for them to tell me that I had to make another appointment for that!

I would like to start off by saying Nan and Khira were a great time together. When she went inside my mouth to check my bone it went very well and they did an amazing job communicating together. However, I waited over 45 minutes to be seen by Dr. Bhmui and it was ridiculous.. I will not be coming back

the drs there bajwa and bhmui were not seeing my problem clearly so i felt that they were being racist. The dental assistant kiya and nan were wonderful and then khira was a great person meeting, when i went to the green room i waited 28 minutes for gigi to come talk to me and thought i was stupid, shes so unprofessional and was running around asking me names that aren't me and was laughing, i was not happy by her or dom the lady was looking at me funny

My service was wonderful I have been afraid of the dentist but today was just X-rays so my experience was great I go back in 2weeks for my Procedure fingers crossed staff was very helpful and friendly.

You all I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE I was In excruciating pain and they allowed me to come in early. They saw me fast and completely stopped my pain with in mins! I thank You all SO much for helping me I almost Forgot how great it felt to not have teeth pain. Thanks everyone who assisted me today

I wasn't sure what to expect going to a big dentist office from coming from a private office, however the service was great. They explained everything in full detail and was very accommodating. Look forward to getting my fill-ins. I truly Recommend this office in Homewood!

My first time experience here and I love it so far I've only seen the lady at the front desk and I met her over the phone first, very patient, professional and helpful . Then I met the young Lady Demetria who proceeded to do my X-rays,(be mindful that I hate mouth X-rays, I find them so painful) but thankful to Demetria she made it easy. She is very pleasant, upbeat yet calm and gentle, very informative and professional, nice persona that makes her excellent at her job. I already know Demetria will be my favorite everytime i come here without even meeting the others just because she makes my first visit as a new patient feel like I'm welcomed and at home. I'm excited to meet other members of the team that will be treating me today with a cleaning. I definitely recommend ASPENDENTAL in Homewood to everyone who likes to get value service for their money. I love it here I wish I had to be here more than twice per year. I'm a teeth lover so I love that my teeth will be happier now when I take them here. Lol
