If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. I made an appointment for 10am and waited an entire hour to be seen. I completed the patient forms online and they made me redo them in addition to "verifying" my insurance again in person when I did it over the phone. The entire back office is loud which I'm not a big fan of. The dentists and assistants are nice, but waiting an entire hour for them to not even do a cleaning before a checkup is ridiculous.

The staff at Aspen took time to make sure I understood exactly what they were telling me. Any question I had was thoroughly answered. When it came to my treatment options, they gave me every possible option with the ability of flexibility. The entire staff was welcoming and friendly throughout the whole experience.

I had the most pleasant time at my appointment! I let 3 years pass since my last dentist appointment, and I was so scared to go back. I thought I would get shamed for how much time was between appointments. I could not have been more wrong! Alicia, the receptionist, was so kind and helped me get check in easily. The appointment just got better from there! Dr. Liu and Jess were so nice and really went out of their way made me feel comfortable. They even understood how things can get in the way of making dentist appointments and didn't make me feel bad. I really loved my visit, and I'm even excited to head back for my next appointment!

I was a first time customer. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The process of extracting my tooth went very smoothly. I did feel it was a bit pricey since I was paying out-of-pocket, but maybe that's what these things cost these days.

Was definitely weary of going in here due to things i have heard but they were able to get me in for a dry socket packing the following morning! Super nice and sweet. They made sure I wasn't in pain and the initial visit only cost me 28.00 with an x-ray and dry socket packing! Thank you Aspen Dental!

On my initial visit I could tell that everyone I worked with had a wonderful personality and the entire environment seemed to be high energy and happy. I'm bad with names and only have the dentist's name since it's on the prescription, but if you worked with me, you were amazing. On my follow up visit the bedside manner of my dentist, Dr. Liu, was phenomenal, he checked on my state constantly, foresaw my needs and kept me well informed. As a patient, I expect any doctor to be able to successfully perform the procedure we've scheduled within pre-established margins, so bedside manner is the greatest factor in my take-away from the experience. No matter if it's a short visit, a long visit, operation, care, etc, the interpersonal interaction will be what ends up determining the experience. Aspen Dental went above and beyond an acceptable experience and I feel confident in returning and will recommend them to anyone who is seeking a dentist.

Update: I had a dental issue and walked in to make an appointment. Instead, they squeezed me in on a busy Wednesday afternoon. Problem solved quickly and professionally. Everyone at Aspen was knowledgeable, professional and focused on the best treatment plan for me. They answered all my questions up front, explained the necessary procedures and performed the procedures excellently. I'm a very satisfied customer.
