After your initial appointment they give you a quote for services including what your insurance covers and then what you are responsible for. Then once you pay and they submit for payment from your insurance, anything the insurance doesn't pay them, you are now responsible for. Getting a bill in the mail for $900 after paying $3000 is ridiculous. Then they let me show up to an appointment to tell me the doctor isn't in and that they tried to call me multiple times to reschedule, yet the phone never rang, not even a missed call nor an email which they said they could have used to contact me as well. Said they'd call me within 24 hours. It's been 5 days, no appointment on the schedule yet.

From my call to make the appointment, thru walking in the door, seeing the tech, dentist everything was very welcoming and friendly. It was my first visit to this particular office. We recently moved to the area from Ohio. The lab guy was amazing! He got my denture fixed in about 45 minutes. Everyone right down to the finance person left me feeling like I had been going there forever. I'm so glad I made that call!

I chose to go to this office after having a bad experience at the location in Defiance. I am so glad I went with this office! The staff is so friendly and the dentist was amazing. He is the first dentist I thought that really took the time to truly explain and show everything to me as he was explaining. The lady that helps you check out was fantastic at helping me get the most out of my benefits. They were able to get all my work squeezed into two appointments which I appreciate with the price of gas these days. The only thing I didn't like was my wait times. They were relatively busy so I understood. I was just there longer than expected but will definitely continue to go!

Needed an emergency tooth extraction on a Saturday. Aspen Dental came to the rescue. Not only did they treat the pain, but pulled the tooth, and they came up with a treatment plan. At a price more than 60% lower than other dental providers

Was real polite, and sat down with me and explained my options, and able to schedule great times foe me , got some teeth that I knew that needed taken out and discussed this also , and showed me right on the exrays

Did not seem confident at all with the staff, walked out. I hope they work on their customer service, I felt like a number. Went to Namay instead, highly recommend them !

The worst experience in my life. My first appointment I was there for 2 hours. Was called back to the room and sat there for over 1/2 hour then the dentist finally came in. She was only in there for 10 minutes, she said that the girl would be in shortly to get me to talk about the money part. Sat for another 30 minutes or more. They think everybody must have endless money. They can't return any phone calls and are very rude. Would NOT send my dead dog there.

Please Don't Go Here! I reached out to Aspen Dental because I was in extreme pain. I attended my appointment, took x-rays, and everything, met with a representative for a treatment plan. I was scheduled to have my tooth removed on April 23rd. Because I had pain medication prescribed, I had to come in an pay on April 22nd. All monies are paid, and I go in April 23rd to have this tooth removed. THE DENTIST LITERALLY CANNOT PULL THE TOOTH OUT!. I was told the surgeon would follow up with me next week for the course of treatment, as I had already paid for this tooth removal in full-no phone call. I finally call the office back on May17th-I was told they would reach out to me as I am still in extreme pain-it is now May 24th with no return call. Keep in mind, not only have I paid my portion, but they have collected insurance money on this tooth still in my mouth a month later. Please do yourself a favor and do NOT go to ASPEN dental-tooth pain is a type of pain unmatched!!! Shondra Crews-Leeper

The staff were all nice and professional, but of course Im in extreme pain and can't afford to get a root canal so I opted for the tooth to be pulled, but like typical doctors nowadays the dentist refused to write me anything for the pain to hold me over until I could have the tooth pulled. Absolutely ridiculous I have to go home and drink alcohol because I'm in so much pain and these doctors are too scared to prescribe anything nowadays

I just had a procedure completed yesterday and I was really scared. I was going to cancel but the receptionist put me at ease. The procedure went very well, all of the staff were very attentive and professional. I am appreciative and today I have no pain!!
