They are a joke. There more interested in the money than your health. Suppose to get 2 cleaning a year. They did 4 cleaning in 4 months. Wanted an implant they gave me a bridge. . The assistant didn't know nothing. They kick me out for telling them I wasn't happy with their service. They never completed the job. I went to another dentist. They where shocked to see how bad a job they did. I'll tell anyone and everyone never never go to Aspen. 20 out of 20 people I've talk to said the same thing. Never go back

*BEWARE* This place is a sham! I had the complete displeasure of being referred to the Aspen Dental Holland office, as they have done nothing but waste my time and money as well as provide misinformation (donna and jeremy) on multiple occasions (misquoting my out of pocket cost by $700 and then $1400). Donna and Jeremy are frauds and don't know what they're doing, how to provide accurate information, they love to waste your time but expect you to be on their time, and they could care less about how it impacts you. Jeremy, the financial manager, made two separate verbal payment agreements, and he had the audacity to go back on both agreements made 1 week before a very important dental implant appointment as well as the same day of the very same rescheduled dental implant appointment (within 5 minutes of making the offer). PLEASE, DO NOT MAKE ANY VERBAL AGREEMENTS WITH THIS OFFICE WITHOUT HAVING IT WRITTEN DOWN AND SIGN BY YOURSELF AND ASPEN! Not to mention, Dr. Johnson incorrectly placed the dental implant screw in my mouth (not centered at all in the bone), so don't go here for a dental implant referral, as they are not professionals. Also, they failed to mention I'm starting to get an infection in my mouth although they took multiple x-rays of my mouth as well ignored a cavity. Lastly, their bathroom was filthy when I used it. There wasn't any paper towels, the floors and anything you'd touch was dirty, no tissue on the rolls and it smelled unpleasant. Maybe start there on fixing your services. I've referred two people here and will not being making that mistake again. One of the two people went through with a service but mentioned they were also misquoted in price (only by a couple hundred) but it went okay overall. The other person mentioned they needed a filling, and Dr johnson tried adding more onto the treatment plan as well as Jeremy being adamant on requesting a 5-star review from them. Again, don't waste your time or money at this office, as they only care about money and good reviews. The only good thing I have to say about Aspen Dental in Holland is that the dental assistants were all nice. *BEWARE*

My father comes here for his dentures and they did not help him with whatsoever he paid for a warranty of 14000 or so and yet his dentures break in half and because my father glued it they refused to help him and want my dad to pay extra money so they can have money in their pocket without helping the patient itself so this is not a place to do your dental work whatsoever.

Amazing service and extremely nice staff. After my old dentist had retired I didn't think I'd find a new dentist as good as him but I was wrong The staff here are top notch and I can not recommend them enough.

Everyone was so nice and helpful and explained everything. I can't tell you how much everyone went out of their way to put me at ease. I would recommend Aspen Dental to ANYONE in need of dental work! I was so relieved to have their payment plan explained to me by Jeremy and so happy that they had a plan that worked for me! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you everyone at Aspen Dental!
