Getting in and getting out. They explain everything from the xrays to the dental plan. Also everything is in 3D. Would i recommend Aspen???

The office was clean and equipment was state of the art. The staff was polite and compassionate. However, the "free" first visit didn't apply to minors, even though I had a written letter stating it would be.

This was our first visit and Dr. Nelson is amazing! He took his time to explain what's happening and answered all of my questions, very professional, polite and meticulous. After hearing about our long trip to this branch Dr. Nelson offered to do more procedures during this visit and that saved us so much time. The nurse's were also friendly and helpful, I had nurse Ana. As a patient who is difficult to get/stay numb, they proceeded to make sure I was comfortable. Afterwards we spoke with the office manager Sandy Saucedo, who is also amazing, she's easy going, patient, understanding and transparent with your plans and scheduling. Everyone handled the multiple appts smoothly and is considerate of your time. Thank you, Everyone. Highly recommend!

So Thursday evening I broke my tooth, miserable all night. I filled out the online emergency appointment form and was call first thing Friday morning!! They were busy busy and still got me in and extracted my broken tooth, everyone was kind and easy to talk to!! Will be following up with them and will recommend to everyone!!

I got into my appt really quickly. I liked that i was able to do the paperwork online. Everyone was friendly and took the time to explain each thing to me. The dentist was really helpful and took a lot of time to make sure he helped me with my questions. Overall i was grateful for such a positive experience.

Went there because family member had gone. Had cavities filled then they stated I would need a crown on back molar. Ground on tooth for 3 hrs. Placed temporary and went down hill from there. Never able to chew on right side, cold and hot fluid hurt. Multiple visits afterwards with no results. Will see another dentist to do root canal and see how bad it really is. Bill was 6,000. I'll not go back so they are off the hook, and hope the next guy can handle it.

Complete staff very knowledgeable and pleasant. Time was excellent everything was on time no waiting in rooms or waiting and extra 2to 3 hrs after appointment time. Excellent service
