Mrs.Kimberly went above and beyond the make sure I had everything I needed prior to going to have my wisdom teeth extracted Monday. LITERALLY CAN'T THANK THIS WOMAN ENOUGH. I honestly don't think 5 stars is enough to rate this woman as well as all the staff members they have in office. Aspen dental hixson is in fact the best!

Ashley was very nice and knowledgeable she kept me informed through the entire visit and make sure I was comfortable. Definitely will continue doing my dental work here

Got my wisdom teeth pulled and was very scared, as this was my first major procedure. The staff was unfriendly and seemed like they were just trying to get people in and out as quickly as possible. I'm 3 days in and I'm having major swelling, and when I called to ask for another supply of pain meds because I can hardly open my jaw, the lady on the phone told me to take ibuprofen and I'd be fine. I will not be returning to this office in the future.

I went for a broken tooth because they were the only practice I could find in my insurance network that had hours late enough that I could go after work. Despite saying when I made the appointment that it was for a broken tooth, they went through the entire initial visit stuff (full x-rays, gum check, etc) and wanted me to come back later to do the crown. The doctor told me before he'd even think about working on that broken tooth, I'd need a specialized cleaning for gum disease that would take multiple sessions AND a root canal. All to the tune of over $2,000 AFTER insurance's portion was paid and likely wouldn't be able to be finished for multiple months. Just my portion of paying for the crown was quoted at nearly twice what my insurance company's site said it would cost me. Knowing Aspen's reputation for talking people into unnecessary procedures, I sought out a second opinion. Sure enough, no root canal or special cleaning treatment needed, I was able to get the crown on my first visit with the other doctor and for significantly less cost.

There was a 15 minute wait past my appointment time. The hygienist was courteous and explained each procedure before the exam. The X-rays were done in a short time. The exam and cleaning of mouth was thorough. The dentist examined my teeth, said all looked fine, and I had no cavities. Overall visit was good.

Demetria, the hygienist, is very meticulous, gentle, caring and personable. Both the Dentist and imaging tech were proficient and personable as well. The front office manager, Heather, was helpful and welcoming on this my first visit.

As a new client to your company, I am happy to say that your staff has been very friendly and helpful. This was my 3rd visit and I was informed by the receptionist that things were running a little behind. I appreciated that information. My procedure went very well and timely. The only problem I encountered was that the young woman who called me back nor the male dentist introduced themselves to me. I also wished I had received written instructions to follow after my procedure regardless how minor. The young woman gave me a brief answer when I inquired about it . Being new to the state and finally finding a great dental office is important to me. Overall, it was a good experience.

I have been to many dentist in my life! I have to say this has been the best experience of all. The people there are like family and that included me. Every one was so kind and helpful made sure all my questions were answered. I want to thank Heather for all she has done for me taking the time and may I say patiently to make sure I understood every option there was.she took the time to even give me further option that I was not aware of. I can go home knowing I can afford this so happy. Thank you Aspen dental and thank you Heather for all your support and making me comfortable.

Don't listen to their patients and certainly don't communicate with their patients either. Deceptive feeling when Aspen treats you without explaining what they are doing and then the insurance company doesn't pay.

Very efficient, professional. Explained my options for replacement dentures. Having an in house lab was also an important factor.

I had suffered from tooth pain for months and delayed treatment because of COVID-19 and cost. I'm so glad I found Aspen Dental. I was able to schedule an appointment online in the middle of the night when the pain became unbearable. I was in the office within 4 hours and being treated. Although it was a difficult extraction, they were able to remove the tooth. They created an affordable plan for my treatment and I am so glad I've found a great, friendly, competent dental team! Extremely clean, efficient and caring.
