On a previous appointment I was told I had a cavity that needed to be filled. They also told me I needed a deep cleaning of my teeth. They referred me to an endodontist because I had tooth pain. I saw the endodontist who gave me a root canal. The endodontist told me I needed to get the crown he drilled through filled because he did not permanently seal it. I called Aspen Dental to make an appointment. I was CLEAR that I needed 2 cavities filled. They made an appointment for today 9/9/22. They filled the root canal crown but would not could not fill the other tooth because the dental hygienist was not there and I needed to have the deep cleaning before filling the other tooth. If you can't do what I scheduled then DON'T WASTE MY TIME!!!!!!!! They should have scheduled me on a day when the dental hygienist was available so they could do EVERYTHING THEY WERE ASKED TO DO. I am self-employed and I don't make money when I am not working.

Seems great at first, then you start noticing the poor work, pressuring sales, and you might be stuck with bad teeth due to them.

First of all on the phone i I ask if they accept Medicare they said they did they don't. The price I was told on the phone denture cost 1,700 but they have a sell on that drop price in the hundreds that was not true. It cost me almost 500.00 dollars to get one tooth removed I have a small infection didn't give not antibiotics no pain pills. My tooth had broken into gum I have a cut on the inside of my gum not one stitch. The dentist was pleasant made sure I was not in pain when she removed it. Don't think I'll be going back no time soon. Be honest with your customers when they call

I had a great experience!! I was able to get a new patient appointment and cleaning within the same week! They were recommended to me by a friend and this is one of the best dental practices I've ever been to! Cindy did a great job cleaning my teeth. She was very knowledgeable and professional. McKenna did a great job with my initial visit, taking the xrays etc. I feel very confident trusting them with my dental care.

Very nice and professional staff, but the costs here are way over the line. $200 for a simple cleaning is more than twice what I've paid at any other office. For a deep cleaning, standard cleaning and 5 filling $2200. I went to another office and did the same for $1050. I understand costs have gone up a bit, but this is taking advantage of people. I was also needlessly referred to an oral surgeon and told I need crowns. I don't need crowns. The crowns cost was Not included in the $2200. Nice office, but the costs are not justified.

RUN!!! Do not use this dentist!! They are rude and are not capable of good dental work. Once they get your money they do not care about you. This has been the absolute worst experience. They need to be shut down. Very unprofessional shotty work! RUN!!!

I'm writing again since they deleted my other review! Do not go to this place! My molar is broke in half and I have three impacted wisdom teeth and I have been in a lot of pain! Went in on June 20,2022 all they done was X-rays and told me what needed to be done! They did not give me anything for the pain or any antibiotics. You do not let someone suffer and be in a lot of pain! Horrible place! The doctor was rude! I asked her could she do something to get me out of pain and she said no. Bad service. There prices are terrible and outrageous! Doctor did not seem to care about the patient just the money.
