Friendly and professional staff & Dr. Singh. I was a new patient with a dental emergency and was able to make an appointment and get treated the same day! I had a great consultation with Dr. Singh and am so glad I took the chance and contacted them. This is my new dental provider. I do recommend these nice folks!

Whatever you do, do NOT go here. I received some of the worst service of my entire life ever within any realm of service. This practice does not care at all about the patient. Whatever you do AVOID this place at all costs. Trust me on this one. I never write reviews like this but my hope is that I help someone else so that they don't have to endure the horrible treatment this place provides.

Appointment was scheduled for 11;30am, (we were the only people in the waiting room), at 12:15 I went to the front desk and asked how much longer it would be, the young lady (don't know her name) asked for patient name and said "oh, I can take him back right now"at 12:25 we walked out of the building. No reason or apology was given for the delay. Hopefully we will NEVER need/have to go back there. (High Point NC office)

I had to get two crowns done I didn't realize how long of a process that was but the dentist and the nurse made me feel very comfortable and the whole process was not too painful I do like the new dentist he seems to be really nice you sounded like he was young he had a mask on so I haven't actually seen his face yet but other than you know the drilling and the needle sticking to numb things it was a pretty good visit I believe and I like that they have Genesis which is a financial company that works with them which helps you make payments hope your credit score which has helped me a whole lot

The two dental assistants were very patient and helpful with me when taking xrays. Historically I have a bad gag reflex and it is torturous for me to have xrays done. They came up with some solutions to make it possible and I was grateful for their compassion for my distress.

New patient, Made an appointment for cleaning, spent 90 mins on xray and checkup only. No cleaning performed, upsell is their motto. Invisalign, braces, unnecessary treatments etc are pushed to you while the service you were there for wasn't performed. I will never return, save your time and go to a local practice.

Well I hadn't been to a dentist in a while..a long time. The Nurses and Doctors were professional and explained each procedure thoroughly to me. Didn't seem rushed all positive vibes. Even explaining the cost, it didn't come off like I couldn't afford it, which I'll have to find figure how I'll handle the cost with insurance but overall a great experience
