Scheduled an appt as a first time quest for an exam and cleaning. They got me set up with a plan and even were able to work with me to get my fillings done that afternoon. Super friendly staff and a welcoming environment.

Broke front tooth, closest Aspen didn't have personnel insite to repair today. Recommended Antioch location. Took a few hours but great repair. Staff were very accommodating, friendly, respectful & courteous. Thank you very much for kindness. Good job everyone! Meant to say broken tooth was on a full top denture.

Very good experience! Staff was very friendly and professional. I almost never have a good experience getting an extraction. I know I will have some pain but getting my wisdom teeth and one other extraction was horrible. I was supposed to see my dentist this week because I was in a lot of pain and they ended up scheduling me some weeks out in October. I couldn't take the pain any longer so I called Aspen Dental and they got me in the same day, took x-rays and brought me back an hour later to do the extraction. I love that they took my pain seriously and into consideration. The Doctor who did the extraction knew what she was doing! She also understood my anxiety and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The way she numbed my mouth was in a way where the first couple of pinches numbed me enough to cause the big blows to only be pressure not pain.That was the part I was dreading and I had minimal pain with the injections. If that wasn't enough the actual extraction only took maybe 15 - 20 minutes to do. I will be coming back here even though it is far from my home I am willing to make the trip! Thank you for a great experience!

God bless this business. The nicest people, you feel like family. Whole time I was pain, but everyone was so nice I couldn't help but smile. Whole staff is patient, understanding, no judgement over teeth problems. I'll for sure be back! Thank you guys

Very friendly staff. I've been going there for about 4 years. I've moved around during this time and I never had any problems with the other clinics obtaining the information to continue my care. I have moved back, and while everyone was nice and understanding, but the Hermitage clinic is my favorite and the staff is amazing.

The dentist (Dr. Williams) was an hour late getting started after my appt time (appt at 8, arrived at 8:58). Once the lidocaine wore off, I realized I had sharp edges on my teeth. However, since it's Friday, they close early so I'll probably cut my tongue over the weekend.

It all starts with a GREAT receptionist and lady named SHAE was AMAZING! Great personality, honest, communication & customer attentiveness EXTRAORDINARY ! Oh and did I mention she had a beautiful smile!!!

Aspen is such a scam. Wanted a cleaning, was told new patients don't get cleanings. Apparently they get 20 x rays, poked for 2 minutes, and then stuck in a room for 10 minutes to wait on the "manager" to tell them how much a cleaning will cost. They didn't even know how mine would cost cause they couldn't get my insurance plugged in. Hour of my life wasted and no one was friendly. You can tell them all hate being there too

I have only good things to say about my experience at Aspen. The staff is great, knowledgeable, and kind. My first visit got me a full set of x-rays and a detailed estimate of what I need to do... almost free.

I've seen Aspen Dentals all over but never actually visited one until now. I'm used to going to locally-owned, mom and pop type places. I chipped a tooth and am new to Nashville, so I needed to find a new dentist and a place that could get me in quickly. Aspen was able to get me in the very next morning at 8AM and the staff was so helpful and friendly. I definitely plan to come back for my next cleaning, and I also like the convenience of their multiple locations.

For the first time in a long time I hadn't been to the dentist office but I can actually say picture that I had and the attention to my issue at hand was very focused on they was very in-depth on explaining step-by-step everything that I would have to go through I can actually say I enjoyed my visit with the doctor and the lady that took care of me I know I'm in good hands when I go in I have the rest of my care taken care of thank you you're really paying attention and understanding my fears I'm going to the dentist I know I'm in good hands

Decent dental services, but the office staff is completely out of touch. Different people every visit, no continuity, and they don't answer the phone or return phone calls. Never going back.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They did not make me feel shamed for any of the issues with my teeth and instead provided solid guidance and support. I greatly appreciated the kindness and care with which they handled things. The financial planner was also helpful and clearly explained costs, what was covered, and options for payment. I will certainly be a regular patient and highly recommend!
