I will definitely be going back. The o lay complaint is she accidentally took an unnoticeable small chunk out of my other tooth, which neither of us noticed at the time. I've been planning on getting my teeth removed this past year however my front tooth chipped and my wedding is tomorrow. I went in and needed a crown but since my wedding is tomorrow she filled it and cleaned my teeth. She made my two front teeth the cleanest and straightest it has EVER been and I'm so so thankful for her and can't wait to be able to confidently smile when I marry my best friend! Thank you!

I go to Aspen when I'm at my in-laws and need dental work. I've been to Aspen again recently and have to change my review. I checked the reviews before going to Aspen and despite the mixed reviews, Many said that they're all about the money padding the bills, etc. I decided to give them a chance. The staff is friendly the first time you meet them as a new patient, but the more you go, they treat you as if you're bothering them with your pain. If you get Dr. Wood, you're in good hands. This last time that I went I got a different dentist because it seems that Aspen rotates their dentist. I went for a simple filling in a crown. They didn't charge me for a filling, they charged me for a core buildup which costs more. When I left, it didn't feel or look right, so I asked questions about the height and the color but I'm not a dentist (what do I know?) So, I believed them. I went back to my regular dentist and when he saw the work that was done he said the filling was leaking and there was composite all over my new gold crown. The Aspen dentist even nicked the crown and as I told them when they did it, it was too low. He even questioned me about the weird color. Now, I have to have him fix their botched job. The time before that, they tried to sneak in the fact that they were adding a cleaning with all the extras to my bill for me to pay for in advance of the work. I'm NEVER going back there again!

I had a very bad experience with a dentist at an early age, and I get bad anxiety when I need to go. They kept me calm and within minutes the tooth was out. Niles location. My job makes it difficult to go during the week, so I have to experience different locations. Alliance location. Great people. I felt more comfortable here than any of the other places. They have been all wonderful and I can't speak more highly for all three. Hermitage, Niles, and Alliance.

Aspin dental says emergency and Walk ins are welcome they were more concerned with closing than helping a person who is in severe mouth pain

The staff were extremely friendly and every step of the procedures and X-rays were explained in meticulous detail and for that I would give five out of five stars; however, I miss my Canadian experience and pampering that included not only freebies like floss but also a mini toothpaste and a quality brush, as well as having cleaning and polishing conducted during the same visit with updated technology such as auto suctions and water picks rather than manual water syringes that elicited anxiety because I thought they were needles. Furthermore, there was no sink at the bedside where I could rinse my mouth. They also wanted to remove my spouse's two adjacent teeth towards the back of his mouth because a cavity is was difficult to reach and fill, which made me cringe because I would have at least tried to salvage one of the two tooth and at least attempt a filling, or perhaps other options.

Everybody that I talked with there was very professional. The place seems to be run in a manor that is typical for a money making business. Will be back there in the near future for more work.

Great. Only problem I have is I paid full amount to start out with and almost signed a paper I would owe another $5,000. Thankfully I paid it all in advance but double check anything you sign. Inflation has hurt everyone.

I am a very anxious older woman with the dentist. Even though I receive dental benefits I choose to pay for the sensitive treatment I receive at Aspen. I would recommend them to anyone that needs exceptional skill and a gentle spirit. Mrs. Barr

I went in with a lot of pain in my teeth. I was told they did not accept my insurance which is Liberty and I find out two three weeks later that they do accept it and let me go out of there in pain did not help me at all they lied to me want to charge me $6,000 these people are rip offs and liars. They need to close their doors they're not there to help people. No sense to have your team try to talk to me I wouldn't come back there if it was for free.
