This place is wack wasted my time I had an appointment scheduled for 5:15 they told Me they don't have any staff working after 5pm. Also no dental hygienist for teeth cleanings

I had a lot of dental work done at the Haverhill office. Katie, the office manager, was absolutely wonderful dealing with an insurance issue. I called numerous times as I tried to determine what the problem was. Katie was professional, helpful and kind. After some interaction with my insurance company Katie was able to identify the issue and rectify it. I am so grateful and appreciative of her time. Aspen Delta is lucky to have her.

I had a very pleasant experience. The staff was very friendly and very professional. The front desk crew at the Haverhill MA location is excellent as is the rest of the practitioners. I was very impressed with the service of everyone at Woburn MA as well. The technology and the information provided alongside the treatment is top-level.

Unpleasant staff and very unplesant experience. I was told I needed a crazy amount of work done, which didn't sound right. I got a second opinion and it turns out I don't. Definitely don't trust Aspen.

Had an exposed nerve, got in the next day, didn't have to wait long :) the pricing plan that I received, though, was a joke. $20,000 for stuff that had to be done within the year. Ummmm it's a pandemic, I don't even have enough money for the cleaning! I only needed a tooth pulled! Didn't owe them anything for the first appointment. New patients have X-rays and first exam cost waived.
