All very professional people and very nice, so far so good. Nothing bad to say about the place. Went in for a major tooth ache for the 1st appointment was able to get some help with it and a plan setup. Very quick appointment to help fix my tooth problem. Although nothing was done on my 1st appointment I'm still happy because other places wouldn't even see me till the end of November or December.

I don't like going to the dentist, but Aspen Dental is always top notch. Super friendly staff, always respectful of my time, and painless based on 3 years as a client. I really appreciate how they always find a way when I've had urgent issues.

This is my 3rd attempt to fill this review out. Chuckle, I'm sure it's on my end. My experience with Aspen Dental has been nothing short of being perfect. Everyone has this beautiful smile that makes a person feel welcome. Everyone is so caring, and want nothing more then to make you feel at ease, they are very fast, but working at your pace us their goal to keep you comfortable. Everyone is so busy to have everything you need, to get the treatment done with the least amount of stress. Professional stands out in everyone I met. I'm only have way to being completed, the scariest part is tomorrow, but I'm more then sure they will make the next treatment a good one. I would like to thank everyone at Aspen Dental for working with me, in such a kind and understand way. God bless you all.

Dr. Asha, the front desk staff, dental assistant staff, and billing staff are awesome!! They really made me understand everything that was going on!!! Just had a tooth extraction done at that office and both the assistant and Dr. Asha made sure everything went well!! Would definitely recommend them to any family and friends!

Overall my experience was nice, the office is clean and the front desk ladies are helpful and knowledgeable. The only downside for me was the way the Dentist spoke to her hygienist in front of me. She was very rude to her and it made me uncomfortable. I understand there may be a difference in opinions on care but to discuss that harshly in front of a patient is not the place. The dentist however was great at answering my questions.

I haven't yet had any actual work done, but so far, from the dentist to the financial person, everyone has been WONDERFUL!! I feel very safe and comfortable here. Very important due to my terror of dentists. Would highly recommend!!

It has been 8 years since my last dental appointment for various reasons. I was a little worried about going in after such a long time. The whole team at Aspen Dental was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. They helped me get a plan in place which is such a weight off my shoulders. I'm definitely going to continue to go here for my dental needs.

Practicing Trauma Informed Dentist and Staff perform above and beyond. Aspen is answer for those with dental anxiety. Practically painless. Innovative techniques... hand holding when needed :)

I came in with a broken partial, they had to send it out for repairs but adjusted my temp so I could get by. Very happy with service I received. Many thanks to the staff!

I get really anxious about the dentist and I needed to establish care again. I chose Aspen Dental because I heard great things. From the moment I needed to schedule online to leaving my appointment, it went so smooth. Each person I connected with was so welcoming. I had not been to the dentist in a while and they did not whatsoever make me feel ashamed about it. Everything was clear on what I needed, and I didn't feel pressured into doing anything extra I didn't want to do. For quite literally the first time, I am excited about the dentist. Thank you Haley, Sonia, Ben, Dr. Asha and Emilee for the great appointment today. I 100% recommend Aspen Dental in Hastings.

Kensie at the front desk checked me in she was very friendly answering all my questions. Once in "The Chair" I met Sassy Sonia and Sweet Theresa they both made me very comfortable which is amazing as I had an abscessed tooth and it was a dentist's chair I was in...The in comes Ben, the hygienist, thought he was going to poke at my tooth which was throbbing but nope he didn't poke it and was very very gentle. Last but not least was my New Dentist Dr. Asha she was awesome. She read my x-rays (which Theresa took she was so nice and understanding taking them while trying not to hurt me that's why she's sweet!!) told me what had to be done and pulled my tooth with very little pain. Will be going back to get the rest of my work done. Thank you all your Wonderful!!!
