Great initial visit to establish at the Harrisonburg,VA location. Staff was friendly and helpful. Thorough exam provided along with a clear discussion of plan for care moving forward.

Only rated a 3 so my comment would be seen and to warn people about this place! Worst experience with a dental office..ever. They wanted to charge me $1800 for one filling (I don't have dental insurance) and I found another office who did it for under $300. Also, my husband had some work needing to be done on his top teeth and this dentist wanted to pull ALL of his teeth and replace with full top/bottom dentures when all he needed was 2 teeth repaired on the bottom. The top I understand needed work, but I've NEVER met a dentist who wanted to pull GOOD healthy teeth out of somebody's mouth...and on top of that wanted $44,000 to complete his work, AFTER insurance. We went to a different dentist and they only recommended a partial and 2 implants and didnt know why in the world a dentist would reccommend removing all of his good teeth. DO NOT GO HERE. Complete money trap for unnecessary work, not to mention unnecessary pain.

I have been to this location a few times,the staff are really nice however it seems as though they're always looking for ways to slide in extra charges ECT... Every time you go here they want to take X-rays, I tried to explain that I'm definitely fully aware of what it is that I need I was told that it's standard procedure,even though they took x-rays of my mouth in 2021. All I wanted was to get another set of partials mesh dentures like the ones that I paid nearly $1700 for (20) months ago

Horrible office people , they do not know what they are doing . M y husband spend $ 10.000 at the Aspen in Chesapeake that place was great not at all like this one !!!! They always told us that if we go to any Aspen the o rings for his denture are free of charge not so here. The office manager is the worst , she should not be working there. She was so rude . She overcharge us and the technician told her there was no need for that service . They never refunded us !!!! We will NEVER go to that Aspen location again.

I had not been to the denist in along time because the last denist I went to was not a good one Aspen denist staff and dr scott was so nice they made me feel safe this was my first appointment I go back so for more dental work I couldn't be happier with my decision to give them a try

Was able to get my father seen the same day as I called-he was a new patient, took detailed X-rays & very nice staff! Follow-up appointments were also made for dates as soon as possible. Good experience so far!

Here a knocker.. they bill me for a surgery before they did said surgery. Got the bill in the mail week before I had my surgery. Needess to say I canceled.

Loved the staff at this office! So welcoming and very attentive! I must say to have had to go to the dentist for a painful tooth this was my best experience ever in a dentist office! Welcoming atmosphere and no one there will make you feel that they are above you !!! I highly recommend this office and Dr.Scott and his staff!

Last week their phones were having problems and they closed for a few days. Then they got me in the day after I called for two appointments- a cleaning and two fillings. The fillings I'd been waiting on for months because the dentist ran out of time or something at the initial appointment. Anyway, today I went in at 3 to have the cleaning first. I waited for about 20 minutes. The girls at the front were both new. The hygienist had only been there two months, as had the dentist. Finally I got the cleaning done and they ushered me back to the waiting room, where there was a lady waiting. While we were waiting, a lady came in with four boys. I waited until 4:30 then I rescheduled. They would cancel and give me a refund. Once I get my two fillings, I won't go back.

Dr. Scott and the awesome ladys in this office are the best of the best!! So kind, and very welcoming. I wish they took my insurance but in my emergency situation, they got me in and out in minutes. Highly highly recommended for the best care you could ask for. Thanks again Dr. Scott and the awsome team.

What can we do to make your experience better? The answer is simple(better communication) I know I had an appointment on May 18 2022 but wasn't sure of the time. I tried to call the Office the day before but everytime was going to voice mail and no one respond. So I called the day of the appointment and they told me that I missed my appointment and said that they contacted me to remind me! This is a big lie and that was the second time they did that last time was my son and I took him to the appointment on time but the Receptionist said yeah we canceled the appointment because we don't have enough Hygienist! Hopefully aspen loses more of it's patient maybe then they will treat people in a better way. Oh and last time they said if I want to reschedule I have to pay half of my costs an advance! Smh

This has been the worst experience I've ever dealt with. I've been a patient since 2020 and the original procedure to remove my upper teeth and put a full plate in was a success. Since then I still don't have my final set of teeth. They keep rescheduling my appointments and now I can't even get them to answer the phone or return my phone calls. My entire set has already been paid for this is becoming out of hand
