There was a new hygienist, Lou, I like her a lot. Best teeth cleaning. A new dentist, too, Dr. Daisy, like her as well. Both additions to the team are a plus. Happy to have them take over my dental care.

I do not recommend Aspen Dental for any service. I am a disabled person, I had to reschedule my appointment for oral surgery due to an unrelated health issue that resulted in being taken to the er and admitted to hpspital. When I called to do so I was told that the "surgeon " opted not to reschedule in fact i was terminated as a patient because they did not like the term "rushed to the er" without even a question as to why, this is after the pre-OP visit with xrays, financing of over $3,500.00 for the removal of(4) partial teeth and giving my medical history and all. I feel as a disabled person it was discrimination. The fact that I have medical issues should not dictate my need for dental work. I also feel as if the person I spoke with on the phone showed no courtesy and was in fact dismissive and rude. All of this on the day I was diagnosed with cancer. Sincerely, Sherry A. Terrible Service I went to 3 dental cleanings at the Happy Valley office. Each time I went I had to wait for long periods of time. The appointments started late, by 10 to 15 minutes each time. The late start was not the worst part of the experience. Each time I went, the dental hygienist would start working and then get up and leave me to sit there for long stretches of time, for anywhere between 30 to 45 minutes. She would come back and do some work but then someone would stop by and the hygienist would leave me again. I was patient, thinking that there must have been something unusual happening that caused the hygienist to leave me for such long stretches of time. But things proceeded in the same manner as before during the third and last time I went to get a dental cleaning. The appointment started 15 minutes late, the hygienist looked and evaluated my teeth and then left me sitting there once again in the cold, more or less empty office. I eventually got up and left. I was cold and frustrated. I spent a total of 45 minutes in the office, 5 of which were actually spent with the hygienist. I realize now that I never should have gone back there after how they have treated me first two times. Now I lost $157.20 on a cleaning that never happened. Lesson learned. Not going to Aspen Dental again.

The last two times I have had what I considered to be dental emergencies Aspen Dental was able to fit me in as a walk in client and take care of my needs in very short order... I have always been impressed with the care they take to treat me as i would hope to treat others when they really needed help... yes, I recommend them highly...

Everyone was very nice and explained everything well.I had a tooth extraction today. I had to wait a whole day for an appointment while in extreme pain. You need to have a way to add on emergencies to be seen urgently please. I was unable to fill the Norco prescription because it's incomplete, so the pharmacy wouldn't accept it. Address and phone number were missing. Your office closed at 1:00 Friday until Monday, so I was unable to have the prescription corrected. So, zero pain medication after a very painful extraction. Teach your doctors how to write a prescription correctly. Come on. Very poor form. This is a deal breaker. How could you do this to me?

I would not recommend this clinic as long as Dr Davey (Hung) runs the clinic. I was going to switch there for my implant because the dentist was so nice on my mom's visit. She adjusted my mom's bite and said to come back that afternoon if we needed more. he did need more adjusting that day, but waited until after she saw TMJ dentist, which she did. TMJ dentist was thru keizer, so does not do any other dental services such as bite adjustments, so mom called to come back to finish adjusting the bite was told if there would be a fee, which of course was fine, but when the dentist saw she was coming just for a bite, she told the receptionist to cancel. This dentist does not care about people as I initially thought. This clinic puts you through an extensitve diagnostic service as required for first time patients, good for selling services..if you are not a high ticket needs client, then don't count on satisfactory service..they just don't care

When I got my exam done I had two different dentist in the same office give me completely different opinions on what my needs were so I needed to ask another dentist somewhere else. Then I tried to go back for a cleaning but two days before my appointment they called me to tell me they don't do cleanings on Fridays. Why would I be scheduled for a Friday if they don't offer cleanings on Fridays? No one seems to know what is going on over there.

I called this morning for an emergency extraction and got an apt at 9:45. Dr.Daisy was my dentist and she was very helpful and gentle. I called around everywhere the day before and aspen dental took me in and I got a free X-ray and exam because I was a new patient. Best dentist experience I have ever had Thank you

My Dentures got chewed up bye my Sons Girlfriends Dog and they have went way above and beyond to help my mom with the Whole process of getting new ones. Truly the nicest people and so helpful. Wouldn't go anywhere else for my Teeth.

Aspen is the place to go, went in to find out about getting dentures and the whole experience was better than I expected, after insurance my out of pocket was going to be a bit of a squeeze, but I got decent financing, they were able to work with my limited schedule for the follow up, and everyone was very nice, they even got me in for the first appointment to get the molds, and the wonderful assistant got me thru it, unfortunately I don't remember her name, but she was awesome, with the advice of breath thru your nose and wiggle your toes. I will definitely recommend Aspen to others, so looking forward to having my true smile back soon Thank you for giving me back my true smile

Spent literally over $10,000 on veneers and restoration work. One of the veneers has fallen off 5 times, and while putting it back on once they chipped the one next to it. That one fell off today. I'm going to have to have the work redone by a different dentist now and will be paying again. They fix the mistake for free but they always just rush job it between patients and clearly don't care about the quality of the work. What should've been an amazing experience of being happy with my smile again has instead been a nightmare of waking up with loose teeth and blood in my mouth over and over and over. They told me not to floss the veneers because that caused one to fall out once. They are clearly only after making money as fast as possible. Never go here for anything more than a regular cleaning.

Very nice offices and lots of fancy equipment. Guess how they pay for it? They charge way more than most insurance companies will charge ( I have both Delta and HMA) so you will walk out with a huge bill every time. Their "deep cleaning" is no more than a standard cleaning I received from any other dentist and they charged me literally 10x what my last dentist charged. Beware!
