Terrible. Office was shabby, floor's dirty. Dentist had zero experience with my wife's screw in dentures. A complete waste of time. Will never use Aspen Dental again.

The worst! I would give 0 stars if possible. My husband decided to try Aspen. We're finishing out the crown work, but when it's done we will not return. Our first visit, we waited an hour for a 15 min check. The next time they actually cancelled his scheduled appointment the day before because apparently they called to confirm earlier in the week and we missed the call so they gave someone else our scheduled appointment. I had confirmed the appointment online the week prior so I have no idea why that wasn't enough. I've never heard of a doctor removing someone THEY scheduled simply because I didn't answer the phone when they called...no warning that they would remove us from our scheduled time slot, either. My husband then went to get the molding for the crown done. They gave him novacaine for the temporary filling and then the dentist took so long to come in the novacaine wore off and they had to give him another shot of novacaine. Again, he sat in the chair waiting for a total of an hour for a 30 min visit. Third visit he was supposed to get the actual crown put on, but they didn't make it correctly. They had to do another temporary filling and he will go back yet again. I have no idea how they stay in business. Really terrible!

This people are rude n don't have good customer service skills... Had bad experience with another dentist .... Ultra dentist removed bottom teeth me feeling everything he did on left side so tryed Aspen Dental ... The first Dentist was great.... Second one (one that does implants)didn't get in the door right before refusing to even look or touch my implants ...Yes my implants was done by another dentist but he didn't have compassion ... Said he needed CT scan so made appointment... Couple days later Amber Collins called me n cancelled my Ct scan that dentist said I needed before he even touch me n said I should find new dentist...

So let me just start by saying.. I didn't go to this office (Hanover) by choice. I was in desperate need of two wisdom teeth extractions and was sent to this office because it had the quickest opening. When I got there, the same front office that called me that morning to confirm my appointment, told me they had nothing in their computer for me... but told me to sit and wait. Then I was randomly taken back without explanation. They did not have my insurance transferred nor did they have my X-rays transferred from their other office. Moving on.. I was taken back to a room. I was not seen at my appointment time, but an hour later. When Dr. Goldstein came in.. he asked me what I was having done. I told him I was there to have both of my wisdom teeth taken out. He convinced me to only get my 1 taken out and to come back if the other one starts bothering me. Not usually how that's done. But ok whatever.. He leaves the room, comes back- with no warning, tips me back in my chair and stabs my face with 3 syringes of novocaine (I think it was novocaine? I wasn't told.) Rips my tooth out with pliers then walks out. These are the only set of teeth I have.. If you forgot about my appointment or are that busy. Have the professionalism to reschedule the appointment instead of sending your patients out of there shaking with anxiety. The only people in there that cared to take 2 seconds to explain anything was the assistants. I got in the car with my husband and cried. I wouldn't send my worst enemy here.

Treated very well, prompt, in clean professional surroundings. Billing has improved with online payment and Web site services. No need for me to go elsewhere for dental care.

DO NOT GO HERE. They will call you 2 hours before an appointment to reschedule for the same excuse they wanted reschedule you the first time. They don't have hygienists apparently. Oh my god. A complete waste and zero mindfulness of people's time.

Complete waste of our time. Scheduled appt for 8/12 @ 1:45PM. We arrive to a note on the door advising the office is closed today... Zero communication from this facility led to a complete waste of our time. Perhaps there is a major lack of organizational skills from DR. Desai, Dr. Saiyad, Dr. Kim, Dr. Khandhadiya, and the rest of their staff. This leads me to believe that this specific Aspen Dental location is very poorly managed- which ultimately does not result in a very good customer experience whatsoever.

Omg the dentist is on fire!!! He is quick and precise in his dental work. The dental assistants were all so nice and helpful. I had Lana the lead DA. No wonder she's the lead, she's very awesome at what she does and how quick she was for the doctor during procedure. Destiny, Erin, and Mickeala (spelling?) we're really helpful too. The front office staff were on top of it and I was in and out in no time. GO TO ASPEN!

My experience at Aspen dental in Hanover......Was EXCELLENT! Lana was pleasant took great x rays and very on top of things, Chrissy was also great very helpful getting my information great team in there

Got dentures 2 years ago didn't fit didn't like doctor they skipped a few steps in the process.i had called last week they got me an appointment right away and new doctor is remaking my dentures so they fit properly so far very happy with new service I'm receiving

STAY AWAY!!! They do awful work and they reschedule you appointments non-stop! Once they fix their mistake they made and haven't been able to fix for 2 years I will never NEVER deal with them again. THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE OF ANY PLACE I'VE EVER GONE... You've been warned if you go there and have nothing but frustration and bad dental work that's on you now.
