Aspen Dental in Hanover has been the best experience I have ever had with the dentist. From the moment I came in the front door to the front desk person to the office manager Rida, Who helped me with many different options for treatment and spending the time to listen to me so I could be happy with my decisions I have made, I cant say enough about Dr.Justine B she was very kind, patient and truly cares for her patients, I was very nervous and she made me feel safe and that I was going to be ok I have had trauma from a dentist when I was young, I wish Dr. Justine B was my PCP also. Jess a Dental Assistant was also very patient and I could tell she is also very good at her profession I only saw her once. Alexia is a dental assistant, she spent most of the time with me, She took her time and she explained step by step with any procedures we had to do. My time there has been very relaxed , not rushed and I truly believe Alexia loves her job and respects her patients and their privacy to, I still have more visits to make and for the first time in my life I'm looking forward to going to the dentist, Again Thankyou all for your caring and compassionate work you give to your patients Aspen Dental In Hanover Mass . Awful young dentist. Played music while doing my filling and did the filling fast within ten minutes. Not done properly, did it fast so he could go sit down in his office. I work in the medical field and that is the worst bedside manner I've seen in a while. Rude and no attention or care given to his work. Ruined my teeth in my 20s, told me I needed a root canal thank god I went to a new dentist, awful experience with that dentist specifically. hygienist was fantastic only reason I'd give it a star.

The Aspen Dental office in Honover, MA is a great place to go take care of your teeth. The office team is professional, courteous, and heplful. My hygienist MARICELLY is by far my favorite member of this dental practice team and she is the most reason I stayed with this Aspen office. She really takes pride of her job and does an amazing hygiene work with the teeth. No short cuts or so so job. She really goes above and beyond to perform and provide a quality hygienic tooth service. Overall, the team here have always been nice and friendly with me. Thanks and kudos to all your hard work. You keep Aspen going...

There was only two who knew there jobs. The receptionist and the X- Ray tech. Mistakes by many. I am sorry to those who did there jobs but were unseen! But mistakes were many. A paper does not make you a professional in your profession. The paper says you are trainable in your field. Think of this. I come in pain the side of my face is swollen sticking way out. Got it!! You don't try to put teeth in my mouth and push down to seat them. That was it. I left in more pain. Am I upset ? You bet I was. Had to get a prescription for now three teeth infected from probing, scraping at last time. Thats when in comes another person and to do work $500.00 now. Told her I thought I was okay for payment ( on s.s. and this why I was budgeting the teeth) Why now cash. As I said before already okay for full amount and signed paperwork. From the beginning nothing but problems. Some on me for not asking the right questions but I am just a dumb customer. Putting my faith in so called professional people was my big mistake. Hope they learn that not everything is in a book with pictures.

Although I admit to being a confirmed coward when it comes to dental work, my anxiety was totally eradicated during my visit to this office. The staff on whole was warm, friendly and totally professional. They took time to explain every detail of what would happen at my visit and answered all of my questions. Being the curious type, I asked about the equipment, some of which I'd never seen before at my former dentist. A thorough explanation followed and I was impressed by how much of what they use keeps the patient's comfort in mind. From the young lady who took the x-rays, to the dental hygienist, and and the doctor, to the lovely young woman who explained the billing and recapped the outline of services, everyone was so nice and I felt totally comfortable. I'd recommend this office.

Today I was charged $77 for 4 mins. They do not listen. I have explained over and over what I needed help with and they send me on a wild goose chase and still haven't helped me. Don't go here. I am still unsupported and in pain. They overbook and underdeliver. I am very disappointed.

I had an incredible experience. I went in to the Hanover office for an emergency dental appointment. My wisdom tooth is badly decayed and causing me severe pain. I called my primary dentist first, and they denied me an emergency appointment. Aspen Dental got me in the next day. They were extremely friendly, cognizant of the pain I was in, and took every measure to make sure they were thorough in examining me. Additionally, when they saw the problem, they brought in an office worker to go over costs and times to get the tooth removed. They laid out the options and discussed the finance aspect with me, and set up the appointment right there. I left with an antibiotic, and very satisfied! I felt like they listened to me and wanted to help.

Another great visit today, so nice to deal with professionals that actually care, everyone was super nice and accommodating from Alexia who took care of all my X-rays to my dentist Dr Justine who made me feel confident that I definitely made the right choice for my dental situation, thank you all so much for explaining every detail in understandable terms and making me feel comfortable, you are the best

I took my 90 year old mother to Aspen Dental in Hanover. Was amazed with the kindness and caring staff and Dr. Never have been to an Aspen Dental highly recommend them to anyone!!!! Give them a ten star rating!!!

Made an appointment today 11/16/2021 @ 2pm in the Hanover, Massachusetts Office re a broken lower full denture. Got a call back about an hour later that I had to reschedule the appointment. Now the earliest appointment isn't until December sometime - UNBELIEVABLE!

EVERYONE at the practice in Hanover was delightful! The only bad part was the horrible tasting molding paste used for my impressions. I am really dental phobic and they totally put me at ease. And they did a great job on religning my denture!

For many years, I dreaded going to a dentist or avoided going altogether. I could fill a book with stories of the pain and discomfort and occasional horror of a visit to the dentist in the 1950's and 1960's. (My mother would bribe me to go with the promise of an ice cream soda when I was done.) Perhaps if Aspen Dental's Hanover office had been available 50 years ago, I'd have gotten the consistent dental care I needed and might still have my natural teeth. From the friendly greeting I received to the caring and concerned dentist and her assistant, to the woman who answered my financial questions - the experience was excellent! I can't think of anything that would make it easier or less stressful. They were wonderful to me!
