STAY AWAY!! Spent about one year 4 dentist and 3 dentures but they could not get it right! I would not use them. I received a refund of 882 not even close what I lost especially having to take time off to come in all the time. Go somewhere else! Stay away

Ok. After canceling my first appointment. They scheduled me for an appointment on another day. The day I showed up they examined me and told me that there was not a dentist there who could do the procedure that I needed so they scheduled me for an appointment two weeks out. They sent me a survey request twice a day.. everyday until today when they called me to reschedule my appointment that is still a week out. I didn't want to send a review because they haven't actually done anything yet. I don't feel like this practice has their act together. The only reason I am keeping my appointment is because I don't want to start the process over with another dentist

Had to go in to get 2 teeth pulled. Dr. M (don't recall his last name) did a great job. He was quick and very professional and best of all barely felt anything. Great job yall

I called to inquire about setting up an appointment and some back information on the Veneers. And hunny let me just say that MS.JESSIE was very professional, and extremely informative on the info I was inquiring about. She had a great personality and attitude and honestly deserves a raise.

From the phone call with the receptionist, to seeing the doctor, everyone was absolutely amazing. Experiencing pain and uncertain of path I needed to alleviate the pain, everyone was knowledgeable and not judgmental. It really helped my anxiety more than they probably know.

I made an initial appointment with the office 800 number. I asked how cleanings were done. If the ultra sonic cleaner was used a manual pik. I was told that I would be getting a call from the office that I made an appointment at within 48 hours. A week had gone by, no phone call. I called the 800 number and got the number for the local office. I called, no answer, so I left a message. 5 days after that I finally get a call back. I asked my question again and was told that this was not a cleaning only a Dentist to see what all I needed done. By this time I was impatient and frustrated. So I asked my question again. How does the hygienist clean teeth, either with the sonic pic or manual scraping. After 2 weeks just days before the appointment finally someone was able to give me an answer. Manual scraping. I cancelled immediately, this form of cleaning teeth is for barbarians and hurts like a mother. Moving on.

Absolutely horrible. We had an appointment at the Suffolk Harborview location at 330 PM. We live in Hampton & have to cross through the tunnel to get there. Of course we run into an accident and we call to reschedule. We get a call center somewhere, where they insist they are going to call the office and see if we can still be seen. After holding, the woman helping us tells us to proceed to the office they are aware we will be there a few minutes after 345 PM. We arrive at 350 PM. We are then told that we can't be seen because cutoff is at 345 PM. They wanted to reschedule- no thank you I don't want to come all the way back to that office. We call the call center back to reschedule and are told we can be fit in today at 5 PM in the Hampton office. We go directly to the Hampton office where we are now told the appointment wasn't scheduled correctly and the dentist already left for the day? and we have to reschedule in JANUARY. Unprofessional, poor communication, lack of customer service, and both front desks had individuals who looked completely dumbfounded and lost. Canceled my entire families appointments DONT RECOMMEND 1/10 GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THEY ARE A JOKE

There's one Technician/Assistant that is horrible at making molds. She kept having to mix and fit before it was ready, getting it in your teeth and on your face while having you wear a filthy bib and asking for tissue to spit out pieces so you wouldn't choke or swallow any of it. Bad attitude and I won't be returning. Dentists are good and nice, but, I didn't feel confident seeing one this day and another that day. Information was never consistent.

I waited months for a new patient appointment just for them to call me and tell me they double booked and the next new patient appointment is December ... my appointment was Monday the lack of professionalism is ridiculous as hell .

After a really bad excuse at another dental office two years ago I finally headed back to the dental chair. Everyone was understanding of my bad experience and kept me informed of what was going on. They even worked with me to get the best benefit out of my insurance before my policy changes next month. Definitely a much better experience and will be returning to Aspen regularly!

Everyone was extremely friendly and the dentist himself did a very good job on me. I would definitely recommend this place. Very nice atmosphere and clean environment

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone I made an appointment with Hampton office and was told I could just walk in since it's an emergency I went and was asked what the problem was by receptionist informed her the top of my tooth came off it's just a hole and my gums and face are swollen only to be told they aren't accepting walk ins so call other locations I called the number and the person on the phone told me he doesn't know why she would say that it says they take walk ins they care nothing about how much pain you are in but the receptionist will be sure to tell you if you find another place make sure you call and cancel your appointment
