Went great! Can't wait to get new dentures. Staff and everyone are great to work with. Explained what was gonna happen. Really looking forward to a new smile

Don't waste your time. If they can't even get your schedule right, why would you want them to work on your teeth!! I would have been a new patient. Had an appointment, sat in the waiting room for almost 45 minutes before anyone advised me that the dentist was stuck in a procedure and could be another 15-30 minutes. I chose to wait. 15 minutes later I was advised they were not sure how long it would be so I rescheduled for 2-days later when I got off work. Get my text confirmation thinking all is good. Walk in for the second time, was advised that I was scheduled at 3pm instead of 5pm. I advised them, no, and I have a text confirmation stating 5pm. Then they asked me to have a seat while they "try" to figure it out. The office manager calls me up to the desk stating, "we don't take walk-ins and since you were scheduled for 3pm we will need to reschedule!" I HAVE A TEXT CONFIRMING MY 5PM APPOINTMENT. She basically called me a liar so I walked out, cussing! AND while I was waiting, another patient was complaining about being scheduled multiple times and them trying to charge her even though she was on a payment plan!! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I'm in healthcare and if we did that, we would not be in business!!

$8,000 is what they charged me, promised veneer and permanent implants. What I got wasn't veneers, the teeth are so brittle they keep breaking and all they do is glue them back in. I've had to seek a lawyer for malpractice. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TEETH AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! THEY'VE caused irreversible damage!

This review is for the Lebanon office. For Dr. Marcia Irving-Ray. Absolutely loved her! I had a dental emergency and was worked in right away. Everyone in the office was so friendly and took care of all my needs. The dentist was wonderful. She explained everything and I couldn't have been happier with my experience!

There was a point I was like, jeez it takes so, long to get in. But, once your in its a pleasant experience for such an unpleasant occasion. Took all of 20 min for one tooth to be extracted and it was done with such precision.

I don't like the dentist and I need a lot of work done. This place made me feel comfortable and since they are not in network with my insurance they were able to set up monthly payments for treatment. Very affordable!! 5 starts for this place!

This location is a joke. I have been rescheduled twice now saying that I had to have a special person there. When I finally showed up and had procedure done I only saw 1 person. At that time I scheduled a session for today at 8 am. Got there at 745 and it was closed. Someone finally showed up at 845 saying they changed opening to 9. Then said they can't promise to see me today. Never again will I go here.

This Hamilton office is terrible about canceling and rescheduling appointments AFTER you've already arrived for your appointment. They've done it to me twice and my son once. I am here today to get a filling. I arrived, as scheduled, at 11a.m. They confirmed my appointment yesterday. I signed in, they had me pay for the appointment, then proceeded to let me wait for a half hourbefore telling me they needed me to cone back at 1. I then came back at 1, and have now been sitting in their office waiting room for another hour and 45 minutes. Now it's getting so ridiculous it's almost funny. It's 2:45. I just went up to the desk to ask what is taking so long and the young girl is telling me, yet again, it I'll be any moment. This will be my last visit to Aspen.

I had an amazing experience with Aspen Dental. I knew I needed an extraction and the staff and the doctor were impressive. They answered all my questions and explained the procedure thoroughly. I would definitely recommend the Hamilton office and will go back for sure.

This was my husbands and I first time here. We were in the office for 3 hours.. for x-rays and a 5 minute look in my mouth. The X-rays taken were extremely painful and now even the next day my gums are sore from it. I booked the appointment for a cleaning and the hygienist wasn't even in so the dentist just poked around my mouth a few times with probably unsterile items as they were just out and about on table. Every other dentist opens a new pack in front of me. The dentist came in and never said a word to me. He told his assistant what I needed but never explained anything nor asked me anything. I sat there hoping he'd explain but then he just walked off and never returned.. Apparently I need my wisdom teeth taken out but I didn't know this until the doctor was already gone. The consultant couldn't explain why I needed them removed if they aren't painful but the dentist was already out to lunch so I didn't have an option to speak with him. I felt like cattle. This was so unprofessional and I will never come back nor recommend this place to anyone. I left with so many unanswered questions. Absolutely terrible.

Would give a 0 star if I can Waiting time is just too long , gets here by 8 checked in, they charged me FIRST! Then one front desk agent told me I need to wait for another 30 mins or longer because they are doing something else. This wasn't surprising me anymore, on my very first visit I literally wait about 2 hours to met someone who can help.

Not a place I would trust my dental care to. They cancelled my appointment within 24 hours of the date and never informed me, so when I arrived I was surprised to hear there was no dentist to see me. They did not attempt to reschedule and were unfriendly and unhelpful at the front desk.

I went to the Hamilton location to get replacement dentures. The first appointment went fine and I made a $423.00 deposit on the dentures, things went downhill from there. My second appointment was cancelled due to the office not having a dentist to cover the time slot. I rescheduled and upon showing up at the location was told my appointment had again been cancelled due to no dentist. The office manager , Maddie, explained they did not have adequate coverage with only having one dentist. Maddie told me the hours were cut due to this problem. I knew the hours they would be able to see patients would not work with my work schedule so I told them I wanted a refund on my deposit. I was assured by Maddie the refund would be processed in 7 - 10 business days. It's now day 15 and no refund. I have placed numerous calls and no one answers the phone. This is the most unorganized and unprofessional dental practice I have ever seen. My next step is to seek legal counsel to get my deposit back. I do not recommend this office to anyone.

The worst dental office I have visited. No actual cleaning, but cost you a lot. The filling was done wrong, and repeated. The billing came wrong and when asked for correction they did not care.

They don't answer the phone. They will continue to put you on hold until you're transfer to a mailbox. Like really. All I'm trying to do is reschedule my appointment after they have already took a $50 copay in office. After they had double book me and another client.
