UPDATE: please read before going! It's been a few months since I've gotten fillings done at this location. Well, at my visit with my new dentist, I had a sudden infection in my gums on the side of my mouth. Come to find out the tooth I had filled at this location will now need to be pulled! Stay far far away from this place please! My teeth have never been the same and I fear more of my teeth will probably suffer soon enough. NEVER AGAIN! Everyone warned me about this place, but I was desperate to get seen as soon as possible. Firstly, they get your appointment time wrong. The first time I was scheduled for 5:30 pm. I happened to call to confirm and they said 6 pm. Wasn't that big of a deal because it was a little later. Now, on a Saturday, where I moved all my plans to make this appointment, they have the wrong time again! This time I showed up at 10, which was the time the manager Jodi gave me - it's in my calendar and everything. But they claimed it was 9:30 so now I can't get all my fillings done. I'm gonna finish up what I need to with this place and then never step foot in this building again! please go anywhere else to save yourself your sanity. I have a few other complaints but I don't feel like wasting anymore time on this place.

They are very unprofessional. Their computer system is always down, today I had an appointment after being rescheduled by them 2 times prior to today and I couldn't be seen because their computer system is down! They first rescheduled because the hygienist went on vacation, ok understandable. The second time one month later they call to reschedule because they overbooked people for the same time, okay please don't let it happen again. I wait another month come in and they can't see me because their computers are down... seriously. Sounds like they don't like business, and want to go home early! I don't recommend this site at all.

Horrible! The people at the front desk are horrible! And once they take all of your x rays they take you into a room to meet with the finance person. I felt like I was buying a car! I will travel the extra 20 minutes and go to west haven. Stay away from Hamden!

Wonderful facility, great staff including all the support staff, and excellent care by Dr Anjali. Hands down five stars.

I was asked to arrive 15 minutes early and I did but no one was at the front desk until after I'd already been there 15-20 minutes. The rest of the visit was fine.

The staff at Aspen dental provide professional and courteous service always which makes my dental experience comfortable. Janet, the hygienist is professional and always provides quality service during her cleanings and exams. Dr. Banerjee, the dentist is professional, knowledgeable and always provides quality service. She implanted 2 crowns and I am happy with my implants, they look natural. I recommend Aspen dental in Hamden, CT for your dental needs.

Had a emergency (Cap on front tooth broke into pieces) and my dentist wasn't in town. This was the only place that would help me out before a wedding the next day and they did a fantastic job. Put a temporary cap that looks great and they are gonna do a permanent one in a couple weeks. Thanks Aspen dental, SERIOUSLY.

My first time at this office and staff was courteous, helpful, and made sure I fully understood all details they shared with me. I recommend this Aspen Dental location to anyone needing dental care.

The file a claim for nothing. Even though I had referral for root canal they wanted to re-scan and make a bill. And they want me to hold my tooth pain two weeks as the doctor will come once a month. This is nightmare. I went different place to do the Root canal and they have done straight away as I have referral from my dentist. Stay away from Aspen Dental.

What I experienced is poor communication..they will charge you things that should be billed to insurance and call it co-pay

My girlfriend has only been going here for less than a month and every interaction with them has been a headache for her. I went here years back and had a terrible experience. Guess they never changed. The dentist is nice but the people running it are another thing. Not once did they ever apologize to her for their mistakes

Ever since this office lost Maria, they've gone downhill. Maria provided wonderful customer service! Their customer service is not the same now. The dentist wouldn't help my son with his chipped tooth, even though he's been going to this office for YEARS. Sent him to a pediatric dentist, which my insurance did not cover so I had to pay out of pocket. It would've been free or at least reduced at Aspen. I'm done with Aspen after being their patient for many many years.

This place is a scam. If you have dental insurance find a REAL dental practice. This is a Money hungry organization run by incompetent people.
