This place is terrible. Went to get tooth that broke off bridge replaced, it looked terrible after they finished and broke off again a couple days later. Have been calling and leaving messages to get an appt. to fix but no one ever returns call.

My husband had a partial plate repaired there. When he went to get it they handed the "fixed" partial to him in a bag, didn't even make sure it fit right in the office. When he got home it looked bad, jutting out. After a couple days that tooth fell back out. We have tried several times to call office to get appt to have it repaired but have not received call back.

Had a 9am appointment at 11am I was still sitting there....I left so I could go back to work. They dont care one bit if a patient walks out. I guess owner is so rich that he don't need to make anyore money.

The Hagerstown location is the worst. They are notorious for canceling your appointments especially on the day of! smh

I would recommend finding another office to go to. Aspen Dental Hagerstown is not the place. I have been a patient here for two years. I have no dental issues, scheduled an appointment 3 months ago for a routine dental cleaning, my last appointment was 6 months prior, normal exam never even had a cavity. They rescheduled my appointment 3 times and when I finally show up. They tell me my appt is scheduled 15 mins later than when it was supposed to start and going to take up to an hour, which is 30 mins longer than what they originally told me when I scheduled the appointment. I let them know that they can skip my x-rays (which they have done in the past) because I have tori and will save time. They refused and told me I was not allowed to sign an "Against Medical Advise" form. As a medical professional, I hope to never provide such unaccommodating and unprofessional service. Save your time and money, find a better office to address your dental needs because if they can't get a routine cleaning right, I don't want to find out what it be like if I needed them for something more serious.

Came to Aspen dentist to get teeth clean on September 19th ( they could only do x-rays) They told me to come back on September 20th for my exam and cleaning ( they only did exam, said I needed a deep cleaning) They scheduled me for 29th for my deep cleaning ( called me on September 22nd yesterday, and asked could I come today 23rd because they may not have the machine they need on 29th) So I come today September 23rd, at 1020 am sat in the lobby for an hour So I asked how long is the wait They said they need to reschedule me because the machine broke and they not sure when it's going to be fix Maybe 2 weeks

After my dental appointment they had me wait in the waiting room to have a consultation and set up my Appointment, waited a 40 minutes So finally I got my appointments and the price $102 that my insurance didn't cover. Well today I went in and was supposed to have a deep cleaning And asked me about some kind of antibiotic that I needed for after my procedure Then a lady came in and told me this antibiotic was not all covered by my insurance and it 1,300. I can't afford. They would not do the procedure without using the antibiotic. The lady they gave me my quote I'm sure she must've known that with this procedure you need this antibiotic. So I had nothing done today. So it was a bad experience.

I have been trying to get an appointment since December. No one will answer the phone or return any emails or phone calls. So, I have taken my business elsewhere as of last week. Bye aspen. your customer service is extremely lacking. If it's because your short staffed, you're not trying. The place I'm going to, is also short staffed. And was able to return my call and get me in within only a couple of weeks. I finally after months of LVM got a call today. No thanks, I've found better service. I called repeatedly with no response for you.

Brought my mother for an 8am 10 minute appointment. It is now 9:48. At 9:30 I went in and asked what they had done with her. Oh we will have her out in ten minutes. Yeah right. Unless you have all day don't bother. They have nothing but poor excuses for the crazy wait times. Not even an apology.

Took a bit, but was worth the cost. Nice staff and great dentist. A no shame place, doesn't give you a hard time if dental health is declining. Will be going back with family members.

I went to Aspen dental complaining of a toothache they told me the tooth that I thought was hurting was not the one that was bothering me so they pulled the tooth that they said. My tooth is still hurting I cannot get an appointment I've called Left multiple messages. Talk to people in the office they said they're going to leave a note for the dentist who never gets back to you !! That place is way too busy they don't have enough help and I would not recommend going there. They overcharge you and when you bring that up they say oh yeah we did overcharge you sorry. But good luck getting the money taken off your account!!! ...............Contacted customer service they contacted the office and 4 days now and they still haven't got back in touch with me!

Can't get ahold of anyone. No one answers and no one calls back when you leave a message. Tried multiple times Friday and today. I just had a root canal and have a temp crown on one of my molars. I need to get a crown ASAP. Only dentist in town I can go to because of insurance. This is more frustrating the the root canal itself.

After my upper plate cracked and Aspen said they couldn't fix it because I glued it I had to get a new one. Was promised my new denture on a certain date, but when the date came they said I had to wait another week. When it finally was ready, I came in to get it and they handed it to me and told me to go in the bathroom and put it in. Then asked how I was going to pay for it. Never saw the doctor and no one ever looked to see if it fit right. Just took my money and that was that.

I waited 3 hours to find out the call center lied to me about the services I'd be getting at the appointment. I waited 3 HOURS for X-rays.

I would give them zero stars if I could!!! MY SON WENT IN WITH A CAVITY AND PAIN SINCE IT WAS INFECTED WAS TOLD HE WOULD GET A PRESCRIPTION FOR ANTIBIOTICS... ON A FRIDAY WHICH THEY CLOSE AT 1pm BY THE TIME WE GOT TO THE PHARMACY THEY SAID NOTHING WAS SENT IN. OF COURSE NOW THE OFFICE IS CLOSED. LEFT MSG FOR AN ON CALL DR TO CALL ME. NO CALL. WENT THROUGH THE HOLIDAY WEEKEND WITH NO MEDICATION. CALLED AGAIN THE FOLLOWING WEEK SEVERAL TIMES AND HERE WE ARE THE 11th WITH NO CALL BACK AND NO PRESCRIPTION!!!!!! HAD TO GO TO URGENT CARE TO GET ANTIBIOTICS AND ANOTHER DENTIST WHICH WAS AMAZING TO GET WHAT WE NEEDED. WORST PLACE DO NOT GO HERE. I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN WHEN I HEARD SOMEONE COMPLAINING WHILE I WAS THERE AND WANTING A REFUND.

Very friendly staff Started work the first day of my appt. Took my teeth sensitivity into great consideration while doing everything needed done. Very happy I chose aspen dental to get all work done i need.
