Excellent 3 hr appointment today! Super friendly and caring dr and staff. Very minimal pain, in spite of work on 6 teeth. All materials were non allergenic for me, which has been a major almost life long problem for me, causing the loss of all my molars years ago. All materials were tested on me first with excellent results. The rest of the work to be done next week, in time before my family comes, which timing they were very sensitive to for me. I am thrilled beyond description and feel like I was divinely sent by a loving God! I will be able to chew well again with crowns and dentures!

I saw the oral surgeon Nazeeh Abunasra, who was great and most importantly (to me) quick! He got my wisdom tooth out in what felt like seconds. The office manager Autumn made me feel calmer and comfortable. She took the time to explain the financial options to me and she is very knowledgeable. I wish I caught my hygienists name, she was great too and even held my hand during the procedure. I will definitely go back to this team.

Overall, kind of sus. I asked if could change my specialized cleaning to a basic cleaning that my insurance covered, person on the phone was personally offended and upset. Super strange interaction. I really appreciated the first visit I had here, but I think management must be messy and I don't recommend.

There are many reviews criticizing the front desk. Some of you (like me) may think that either those reviewers are too picky, or those are just bad luck and won't apply to you. I have been a patient at this place for almost a year. Now, let me tell you exactly how BAD the front desk is. I will try to be objective so that you can make your own decision after knowing my experience. TLDR - Avoid this place at all costs. I'm giving the extra star to appreciate the dentist and hygienist, they are great. Otherwise the front desk itself worth giving a one star. I have in total 5 treatments at this place. But I actually had 8 appointments. Why? Because for 2/8 times, my appointment did not get into the scheduling system. After each appointment, I scheduled the next one with the front desk. They checked and gave me a card with the schedule, and that's it! They are NOT actually adding you to the system! For 2 times within a year, I got there, got told I did not have an appointment, and had to leave and waited for another several weeks to come back again. Another 1/8 is today. I confirmed my appointment for cleaning one week in prior. But when I arrived, the front desk told me my hygienist left and they won't have one for the next two weeks, WITHOUT any notification. They said they try to reach out to me, but NO, no text, no call. They had the correct number and I checked that (I have been a patient for like a year). I don't even want to blame because this is simply rediculous. Finally, for clarification, my dentist and hygienist are great. But that does not weigh the fact of bad front desk unfortunately. If my hygienist actually found a new place, I will be really glad. I hope they either change all the front desk people, or just close this business. The dentists and hygienists deserve a better place to work.

Had my root canal redone after going here. Apparently they Had missed/ forgotten a whole root entirely. Extremely frustrated with this lack of care and it is really unacceptable.

They used to have good customer service, but that has gone completely down hill, receptions to now are rude and condensing. I had a 1pm appointment, the following day i received a voicemail at 10am changing my time asking me to come in for 11am. This was obviously missed as I live an hour away. When I needed my last four trays (that were paid for!) they refused to give them to me without an appointment. I also signed a contract stating if I misused the aligners Aspen dental is not responsible, which is fine. If I want to get my alligners that were paid for it should be up to me to use them "improperly". Now I get to wait 2 weeks for my last set of aligners. Don't waste your time or money.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Unprofessional. The worst place I've ever been to. Don't get me wrong the dentist is super nice. But office staff are unprofessional and do not know anything about billing.

Left me in the green consult wait room for half an hour no acknowledgment, just walked out apparently they don't have time for patients.

Both me and my wife went to this dentist multiple times in the fall of 2021. After having gone to a different (and more thorough) dentist, we have realized that we we were advised to get expensive treatments and cleanings that we do not / did not need. Thankfully we didn't do them all -- but we did enough to feel bitter about it. The reviews about upselling, which we decided to ignore at the time, seem to be true. To add to this, I had a very traumatic wisdom tooth removal. I went in for a filling, but the dentist advised halfway through the procedure to pull the tooth instead. It took two hours (to include 4 trips to the x-ray machine), without anesthesia, and I was in recovery for weeks afterwards. Now, this I have more understanding for since I get that sometimes stuff happens. But I thought I'd add it to the review since I'm here writing it now.

I have a LOT of anxiety about going to the dentist, always have and it's lead to me avoiding going. Finally went to get some help and the team at Aspen dental in Hadley were phenomenal. They didn't shame me and helped me get back on track with my dental health. The doctor there is kind and respectful. I highly recommend the Hadley Aspen.

I had a dental emergency and needed a tooth pulled. They took me right in. Office staff Sarah was exceptionally nice, as well as Lilly. Dr. Zahid was my dentist. He was awesome, and quickly pulled a bad tooth. It was a very positive experience. Thank you!

Avoid Aspen dental and support a local dental practice instead. This company just wants to take your money and do not care about your teeth. Had a consultation with them and they told me I needed 4 root canals. I went to two other local dentists and both said only one was necessary. So glad I saved my teeth and didn't continue going to Aspen.

Their service was good. However, they told me one of the procedures will be covered by my insurance and I paid for the rest at the time of the service. But a few weeks later, they sent me an almost $800 bill out of nowhere. I called them about this but they blamed me for not checking in with my insurance. I learned my lesson but I was confused because this never happened to me before. I already paid for it and I am over it. I changed to a new dentist due to the lack of transparency here. I am leaving this review because you guys need to be more clear about this in the future. Make sure you call your insurance if you don't want a big surprise bill because you cannot trust these people. I am still a student and I was just never aware of this possibility. If they at least gave me a heads up, I would have called and double checked everything. If I knew it would cost me $800 more, I would have chosen a different treatment option in the first place.
