We are so disapointed with the service you gave us. Three months passed, my mother didn't get her new dentures, because you decided to change the material and you wanted to charge us more, without our consent. You expected we pay $2,500 more. If our office made a mistake why we have to paid for it? Your office told us we have to pay 60% in advance to start the dentures. We paid $358.00. Why did you do a denture that we didn't pay neither the 20% of the amount. Really It was not our fault. I should not have to wait more time because you made a mistake. When we wanted our money back, we have to have 15 days more. Unbelievable how you treat your patients.

Came in with severe tooth pain as well as some personal anxiety about dental procedures. My experiences in the past haven't been great and I was nervous about cost. Though much work needed to (and still needs to) be done the doctors made me feel extremely comfortable and welcome every step of the way.

I am so amazed how professional everyone was and how compassionate everyone is . I was scared when I went in because it had been many many years since I been to a dentist. I left feeling very comfortable and no longer afraid to go !! Thank you everyone for making me comfortable !!! I'll be back.

Worst service ever, the Lady receptionist hung up on me a couple of times. She is the worst and should not have a job there! Never go here when I got my first tooth pulled the dentist pulled it while infected and didn't give me antibiotics until the day before, worst pin of my life!! They should be shut down!!

Stay away! Originally I was told I could come in on a Saturday and I will leave with a denture. I was then told that would not happen the service Tech is not in on Saturdays. Then I was told it will take 1 and 1/2 months to get the appliance. They did offer me a free X-ray and scan to make up for their miss information. Then they changed that and said no free scans. I put a request in to speak to the regional manager never got a phone call back. Very disorganized. Is not in there professional place to have your work done.

First, office is filthy. Second, they use all of your dental benefit and charge additional- they charged my dental $2,700 and I had to pay $645. The 2nd appointment as they required for cleaning, the hygienist put on numbing cream and dentist, dr David called her into another room. I had a broken back, had back brace on and screamed help for 50 minutes. I couldn't get up by myself. She did less than 10 minutes of cleaning. I had another appointment, they called the day before and said we no longer have a hygienist at this office. We will call you when we have one. Never called. Months later, i just checked my credit card and they charged me $355 for management charges. wHAT????!! They are a total SCAM and filthy office. They give you a toothbrush for $180. Please, please go anywhere else!!!!!! I'm suing them. Already have an attorney. Good luck Dr David.

Glad that I chose this facility. Dr Attri and staff were excellent and patiently dealt with more than one issue I had!. Facility is also new. Highly recommend the facility at Hackettstown.

On my consultation I was told the cost and that my dentures were going to take a week to be completed. I came in to get my mold done. But before they started I had to give a deposit and sign papers for my insurance. The mold was completed now they give me my next appointment which was a month later. I ask them why and they inform me that the technician was going on vacation and he was entitle to a vacation. So now I had to wait until he return.I believe I was entitle to be given this information before they started and it would had been my decision if I wanted to wait for a month. It was not fair to me. I am disappointed. Not fair!!! They tricked me into having to wait for a month!

I was able to get an emergency appointment within a hour or so. Everyone is respectful and understanding. The office is clean and well maintained. I would recommend to anyone new in the area or looking to change dentists.

I had been noticing all the Aspen offices in my travels and when we came home to NJ I made up my mind I was going forward with my goal of getting dentures. My first visit to Aspen, I was impressed with the staff and Dentist being warm and welcoming....we all know some of us are nervous in this environment. However they were professional, kind and responsive to my fears and feelings. The office is also clean, spacious and appears up to date with dental equipment. So to say the least I was impressed and would recommend Aspen to my friends and family.
