Had a wonderful experience with my deep deep cleaning :) Goran the dental hygienist was amazing! Played some bachata music for me while I was getting it done! Becky was also amazing and made sure I was minimally stressed with an affordable payment plan for my dental care. The doctor and Goran were clear about my plan of care and I am confident I will be smiling bigger than ever! Everyone was very nice and personable. Christian at the end took some last X-rays and was very efficient. Thank you so much!

My time at Aspen Dental was better than any experience I've ever had at the dentist! Goran Lazic is an incredible hygienist! He is so good at explaining everything that's going on, and making sure the duration of the cleaning is comfortable! I will never go anywhere else!

I would avoid this place. It's clearly a patient mill and the dentists are so overworked that they cut corners and rush through procedures. I had a crown put in and it never felt quite right.. the bite was so off. I would say it was off and they would keep shaving it down. Then it started coming off every other day.. couldn't even floss. Instead of solving the root problem, they kept recementing it. After the like 5th time of recementing I just started to be very careful with it and it lasted a good while... until last week. My new dentist immediately knew what was wrong based on the X-ray. She said the prep was all wrong and wasn't high enough on one side to secure the crown in place. Now I have to get the prep redone and may need oral surgery to lengthen the the base of the tooth so it can take a crown. I'm just glad I found a competent dentist that immediately knew the issue and is actually rectifying the root cause. This dentist just kept slapping a bandaid on the problem to get me out of their hair. Avoid avoid avoid.

Goran Lazic treated me today and I was so comfortable. Shots and all!!!!! He explained exactly what I need to do after leaving and how to maintain. This has to have been the best dental visit I've ever had. He is the best hygienist I've ever had!!!! Thank you for the floss!!!!

Beautiful office with friendly staff. The doctor and assistants are bilingual so all of your worries are covered. They are very precautions with the virus and take safety seriously.

I was in there and out. My procedure didn't take too long. During the whole process was safe, made me feel comfortable, and encourage me to come for more help. I will. They continued to give me good service. They helped me with my painful tooth. I pray one day that I enough money to get everything done in my mouth so I don't go back forward on how much I can afford to get done.

Super friendly to cover up that they are ripping you off. I was told I needed a deep cleaning procedure and given a treatment plan with cost breakdown. After my initial visits and payments, the price was jacked up with no explanation. After several attempts to get an explanation, I finally had to cancel my next visit. Terribly disappointed.

The dentist was absolutely amazing!! After another dental office broke my tooth while trying to extract it, told me he couldn't do it. I contacted multiple dentists to solve the problem the next day. Aspen dental took me in and pulled the tooth within minutes. Very affordable too since they didn't take my insurance. Highly recommend. Best experience from the phone to walking out.

I was able to get on on same day of setting an appointment for my dental emergency even when my insurance was out of network and help me so much. All the staff that assisted me was kind and respectful also giving me my options for my procedure. I'll definitely will go again.

3 stars for being a clean place and somewhat friendly staff and very quick tooth extraction at this Aspen Gurnee location. I agree with other commenters here that this Aspen Gurnee is kinda rip off! I came there at 10:40 for 11am scheduled appointment. But told me to come back at 2:30pm. For deep cleaning and filling, they want to charge me almost $2k out of pocket even if you have insurance! They don't want to do teeth cleaning unless I agreed to do the fillings or vice versa! I had deep cleaning with other dentist years ago but I only paid $50. I also had root canal and fillings with the same dentist too years ago but he only charged me $750 and NOT $1,900 plus or almost $2k! I only went to this Gurnee location to have tooth extraction, teeth cleaning and I was also thinking getting a root canal and filling. But they talked me into getting other treatments that cost more than $4k out of pocket after insurance as if my teeth were really that bad that I needed all kinds of treatments that I really don't need! Plus talking me into getting an electric toothbrush that I really don't need that I can buy elsewhere at a cheaper price! I know my teeth are far from perfect but I really don't want to spend that much money on unnecessary things. If I need work on my teeth, I think I'll go elsewhere much cheaper that won't charge me thousands of dollars for deep cleaning and fillings. Front desk people were not friendly and not smiling. The moment I entered the door, I was greeted with "Do you have an appointment?" (Looked like he was annoyed that I went there) Instead of greeting me, "Hi good morning! What can I do for you?" But I gave him the benefit of the doubt because he was a guy and maybe not used to working at the front desk. On the positive side, The dentist who did my tooth extraction, she was really quick! I didn't feel any pain! I thanked her for that! But next time, I need work on my teeth, I'll go somewhere cheap and not a rip off. I'm talking based on my experience with Aspen Gurnee. I never had this kind of issues with previous dentists in the past. They will only do what I wanted them to do on my teeth and never told me that I needed more work on my teeth and they never refused if I request for basic teeth cleaning! Before going to Aspen, I really had high expectations for them. But now, I don't know. I think I have to look for another dentist elsewhere.

G is amazing! This was the best deep cleaning - scaling I have EVER received. G was kind, sensitive and made me feel as comfortable as possible. The numbing procedure was the best ever! You rock G! Thank you SO MUCH!
