I have family in the area and came to this office because some recommended me. Everyone I spoke with was so nice and made me feel comfortable. Selena the one who did my X-rays was so nice and so caring. The office manager Leslie and front desk employee Skyler were also so nice and helpful. The Doctor was so personable and made me feel comfortable. I love this office and would recommend to anyone I know in the area.

I love Dr. Pritchett! She is a great dentist! She always has a smile and a quick laugh. I wish I'd found her 20 years ago! Her staff at Aspen dental, from the front desk to the finance department to the dental assistants are always cheerful, helpful, and professional! Can't recommend them enough for you regular dental needs! A+ all around!

This was a great experience I only had felt uncomfortable with one person who made me feel bad about my teeth. Everyone else was very nice and understanding

I am so upset right now. I started going to Aspen Dental in Pace for regular cleanings. Earlier this year, it was found I had a cavity in one of my front teeth at the root. I was presented options, and decided on an implant. At that time, I was told nothing about turnaround time, but I went through the process, got everything set up, including the $6500 to pay for the procedure, since insurance apparently doesn't cover it. Once I had the extraction, I was then told it would 3-6 months for the implant to bond to the bone. 3 months later, during a cleaning, I asked about my implant, and was told that it would be 6 months. I was hoping for shorter, but ok. So I want until I'm close to the six month mark, and I ask about getting the rest of the procedure done . The office tells me that my dentist has moved to the Gulf Breeze location, and I'll need to go there. I'm a little distraught at this point, because I have a vacation coming up, and I thought I'd be long since done with this procedure. Today, after making an emergency appointment to get the implant finally installed, I'm told it will be another two weeks before they DO A SCAN to check fit, I guess. And ANOTHER two weeks before I can finally have the complete implant. I've had to drag the info out of everyone, and was never explained any of this. So now I have this vacation coming up and I'm still going to have this gap in my smile, that I'm ashamed to show. My temporary partial is too painful to wear, so that isn't an option. I'm just so frustrated, because now I'm looking at 7 months plus to take care of this, and I'm going to be ugly for my vacation. I really wish someone would have given me more info from the beginning.

Great visit at Aspen Dental. Dr Prichard was very friendly, detail oriented, and made me feel comfortable, something rare in a Dentist office. She made a detailed plan on what was needed to be done. Highly recommend her services

BEWARE - BEWARE - BEWARE I had scheduled a first time cleaning appointment with Aspen Dental. I came in, did the paperwork, got x-rays and then the hygienist came in and looked at my teeth. After looking at my teeth, the hygienist said the doctor would come in next to talk with me about a cleaning plan and schedule a cleaning. A cleaning is what I had come in for, not to reschedule a cleaning for another date to get my teeth cleaned. I immediately got up and walked out. My time is very valuable and I wasted about an hour and a half total on this worthless non dental cleaning visit. It demonstrates to me that Aspen Dental has no value on my time, just theirs. Had Aspen Dental told me that I would have to have an initial appointment before I could even get another date to clean my teeth, I would have never wasted my time visiting Aspen Dental. I had been warned by my girlfriend that she also had a bad experience with Aspen Dental, but I didn't listen to her and decided to give Aspen Dental a try. Another thing that bothered me was the talk of different teeth cleaning plans. I have been to several dentists over my 57 years with 2 cleanings a year and have never had any dentist or hygienist bring up different cleaning plans. I'm sure Aspen Dental uses all these bait & switch methods to find a way to charge more for their services. I am very dis-satisfied with my experience at Aspen Dental and would not go back or ever recommend anyone going to Aspen Dental.

The gentleman at the front desk was super sweet, and that's where the good feelings ended. The doctor was combative and sarcastic about the procedures I needed. Any question I asked was answered with a snarky response. Everything she said I needed done was both dire and urgent. Then they whisked me off to their "closer". That's when I received my bill of $8,000. I told the financial manager that I would be getting a second opinion, and that's when the heavy sales tactics really kicked in. It felt very slimy. I left there knowing that I'd never come back. I made an appointment at Mid-town dental and that's when I knew for sure that this place was a complete scam. The molar Aspen Dental told me was broken and needed a root canal was not broken and only needed a filling. The cavity they found, didn't exist. And the tooth they said needed to be extracted immediately and replaced with an implant was only fractured and could be root canalled at a later date. This was my experience, but I doubt I'm alone. Buyer beware.

They don't see Active Duty dependents!! Waste of my time scheduling three appointments to be told the day of, that only retirees are treated. Still Concordia...

For better or worse, I've been to many different dentist offices in different states and have had many different procedures. Aspen Dental at Gulf Breeze had the most friendly staff I've ever encountered. Very informative and kind. There's a fine balance between educating people what they can do better about their dental hygiene and potentially shaming someone... this staff has no issue communicating in a way that makes you feel completely comfortable. I see some reviews are uncomfortable with them offering a "treatment plan" after they see you. Now while I can understand that, I'm also very up front in knowing my dental history, and I knew a deep cleaning was probably necessary. I was okay with being sat down and talking about payment options and how they were going to treat it. They laid out my appointments (x3), and I will update this review if after I've done the necessary cleanings, they try to "upsell" anything else. I feel that won't be the case though, everyone seemed honest in their effort to help me achieve being healthier and I look forward to eventually just having "normal" cleanings in the future.

The staff were polite but I believe it's because they need to show they care so you sign on with a ridiculous treatment plan. I fell for it - I told them I JUST wanted a cleaning. My first appointment, they just took x-rays and said next time will be the cleaning. They proceeded to tell me I had some gum disease and sell me on a payment plan to better fix this gum disease. I paid this large amount because I was worried. I went in for treatment and it was just a cleaning. They provided me with toothpaste & mouthwash. Somehow I paid over $80 for just mouthwash/toothpaste because I listed to them. My cleaning was free since it was covered by my insurance. I asked the next step to treatment and they said that come in every 6 months for a cleaning which is what I could do anyways? So I paid a large lump sum for absolutely nothing.

From the front desk, dental assistant, Doc and consultation and close out what a tremendous service based experience. They listen, advise, and seem so sincere. Doc saved me from a Dentist that left me hanging with intense pain and a complicated order. Thank you for getting me in, taking care of my needs, and just being you. Great Staff and she knew I needed a steroid and nailed it after the first dose I felt immediate relief. The previous dentist from A cheaper alternative clinic (Leatherface from Chainsaw massacre basically) and an ER Medical Dr visit couldn't get it right.
