They are so busy you can never get an appointment soon it's always a month out. It's taking forever to receive my dental plate. Ugh.

My concern is with the Griffin location. I had a procedure for a crown. Well my temporary crown came off 2days after my procedure and I almost swollowed it. I got it back into place but I haven't been able to eat right since in fear it may come off and risk the same thing happening again. I came into the office as soon as they open at 8am. They can check the sign in sheet my name is there. They skipped over me with 2 other walk ins and tell me they're done for the morning and had been waiting over 2hrs to be seen. I was told I need to come back at 2pm. I've already wasted 2hrs sitting but I have other affairs to tend to. Then I asked them to put me in the schedule for the next day just to be told I would have to wait weeks on a appointment for a failed procedure that was done at their office. This is ridiculous. On top of that I was over charged for the procedure in comparison to the charges I was told I'd be paying prior to booking my appointment which I also mentioned upon arrival. I will not be referring anyone to this location and once this procedure is done. I'll be searching for another dental office after.

I was so pleased with the staff and dentist. Everyone that I came into contact was so nice. Couldn't and wouldnt have changed anything. Very impressed. From the beginning to the end. Thank yall for everything that you did for me.

I was due to have a new crown installed. That was done, the crown is fine. I am happy.

BEWARE OF WHAT YOU SIGN was having the top teeth pulled and dentures price was worked out deposit made and signed off on for the top teeth pulled and denture the day they pulled the top teeth I was in checking on a price to pull 2 teeth on the bottom extra and I said I couldn't afford the price $495.00 and said NO and when I got back to check on my son the dentist had pulled them anyway now they said I owe $495.00 they said my adult son had signed for the dentist to do what was needed (they had my son sign a new paper while he was in the chair before the dentist started and while he had taken a pill for his anxiety that they given him) but I cant afford $495.00 but they said I will still have to pay so no matter what SO BEWARE ?

This dentist is a rip-off!! Very unprofessional all they want is your money and give false examinations!! They need to be shut down, well this location (Griffin) does!!

My recent visit with Aspen Dental in Griffin was life altering! When I made the appointment I just picked a dentist. I just knew with the extent of work I needed no dentist will touch me if they do it will be expensive. The ladies at this location made my dream come true! They are amazing and encouraging and have brought back something that has been lost which is compassion. Thank you!!!

Iam very satisfied especially miss Shelly she's a real bomb .Very friendly and concern about your well being.shes also care and she's doing I will teffer Aspen Dental to everyone.Also miss Roborra iam als very satisfied with her I will both of them 10 stars

Very poor customer service from billing department. As well the facility manager lacks follow through with issuing regarding customer claims. Additionally, no one can offer a solution and are not held accountable for the poor services provided.

If you go to their Facebook page, you'll find more honest reviews. This company literally pays to get all of their bad reviews removed. Do not go to them. Absolutely awful experience. Unprofessional, rushed, and money hungry. Would not trust them to even recommend a tooth brush after what they put me through yesterday.

I had an awesome experience from the moment I walked through the doors to when I left . I am a new patient and don't have insurance so i was already feeling anxious when I got there. However Antonio was amazing and made me feel comfortable with his amazing smile and bubbling personality I met Yolanda who was very professional and explained all of my financial options as I did have some unexpected dental work that needed to be done. We were able to work through and find a plan that worked for me and my budget. They were about to close and still managed to fit me in for a deep.cleaning with Laurie who was so sweet and very thorough. The dentist was able to answer all of my questions and I didn't feel rushed. I had a second cleaning today with Shelly and she is so sweet and also helped put my mind at ease . I am very big on customer service and the aspen dental office in griffin is 10 stars for me everyone was exceptional at their jobs and I am so glad to be part of the family

Everyone there was amazing and friendly and VERY accommodating to me and my needs. Just overall had a great experience with them and it was my first time going to them. Would totally recommend this location to everyone I know!

I needed an emergent extraction..... from the time I walked in the door to walking out of the door I was treated with the utmost respect and the care was on point. I will definitely be going back.

I've always been afraid of dentists and not only did they make me feel comfortable, they were gentle with me unlike so many experiences in the past. They worked with me to be able to get everything done to be able to be in the best oral health possible after having had cancer. I would highly recommend to anyone needing work done and needing a care team that actually cares.

I am writing this on behalf of my mother. She is a nursing home patient and totally bed ridden. Everyone at the Aspen Dental office go out of their way to accommodate her and make her as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend them!
