Everyone was really nice until the billing lady. This was a 3 hour visit for one tooth, had FULL COVERAGE INSURANCE and would not let me leave without paying. Very rude, not personable and irritating when I pay thousands for insurance but get flack about having to pay??? Will not go back.

Recently I had issues with one of my wisdom teeth. Called early morning and got an appointment that day. Gum was inflamed around the tooth and was prescribed antibiotics, three day later I was back in the chair. Two teeth where extracted and only one socket needed stiches. Everything healed perfectly with no complications. Aspen provided friendly, fast, and affordable care, would highly recommend.

If you don't answer their automatic phone call reminders, they cancel your appointment and bump you back months for a simple cleaning.

Brought my children in because they complained of tooth pain. Well they did the check up and then informed us they couldn't do anything that they don't treat children but did the check up anyway? What a waist of time and money.

Great experience and very gentle hygienist. After years of avoiding the dentist, Aspen calmed my anxieties and took good care of my oral care.

I am always nervous about going to the dentist but I had the sweetest workers from the checkout lady to the dentist. And they also allowed me to set up a payment plan!

Would not recommend this dentist office to my worst enemy! . They are completely disrespectful and rude in the front office and the doctor himself is an absolute crook. They charge me for something they don't even have in the office took my money and proceeded to to perform oral surgery. But they will be having a lawsuit against them.

Wow. Where to start. Firstly I paid in advance. Poor decision. I was in need of a crown and a partial denture for my lower teeth. I now have 3 poorly fitted partials and 1 crown that still isn't affixed after 3 attempts to cement it. That at least is the end result. My first appointment involved a young woman who wasn't yet sure how to use the xray machine. I should have taken it as some sort of clue. I didn't. The day I arrived to set my crown and do measurements for my partial the dentist was late. The dental assistant was notably upset. She also was unaware that I was to be measured for my partial after my crown was cemented. She was again visibly upset. The dentist that morning let her know to use the new 3d measuring tool. She didn't know how to use it and became even more upset. To the point of blaming me. It took 1 hour to get the measurements and she cut my mouth MANY times. I arrived later at a scheduled date to pick up my partial. Waited 1 hour and was told that my partial was not there. I asked to see the office manager at this point. I was unaccustomed to being treated aggressively and being called for appointments that wouldn't actually happen. I wanted reassurance that I'd simply experienced a fluke. And that all would be taken care of. I rescheduled for pick up my partial at a later date. I picked it up and it didn't fit. It cut into my jaw. So they shaved it down. I had several appointments to fix it. It never fit. They ordered another one. Meanwhile (I get the timeliness confused) my crown has been popping off. I had a total of 3 partials. None of which fit. And they only have one drill bit that works for their flexlite . They destroyed at least 1 using the wrong drill bit. The poorly fit partial caused a bone spur. I mentioned that I thought it might be a spur. Dentist Todd Said nope. I just needed my gums lanced (cut) many times at the gum line to promote..... who knows. It hurt, I bled. It was unhelpful. I arrived back soon after in pain and unable to wear my partial. Dentist Todd then agreed that there was indeed a bone spur where the partial had been cutting into me. He surgically removed it and stitched me up. My crown fell off again. They re measured me for my 3rd partial. And re glued my crown. The new partial doesn't fit. And oh. My crown fell off again. Super glad I paid in advance.. just kidding

If you look at the recent low reviews you'll see people with infections that are unable to get antibiotics. SAME ISSUE I'M HAVING. I had my wisdom teeth pulled 6 days ago and am pretty sure I have an infection. I've been trying to get a hold of them for 3 days to get antibiotics and I haven't heard back from anyone. Their emergency number won't do anything for you either. Don't go here unless you want to be in agony. I'm so close to driving down there and giving them all a piece of my mind. Awful business, I've heard of Aspen Dental being sued in the last year or so and honestly you guys should be sued more.

I took my grandma to have a tooth put back on her denture plate after it fell off. When I made the appointment I was told it would cost $49 to repair. After her exam they told my grandma it would be $200. She explained to them that it was suppose to be $49. I was in the waiting room watching all this happen and the worker rolled her eyes at her coworker after my grandma insisted it was what we were told the price would be. (I know this bc I was the one who made the appointment for her and they gave me the $49 quote over the phone.) We were only going to this dentist bc it was the only one that could fix it that day and we didn't want to establish her as a permanent patient. They finally gave us the quoted price. The woman then told my grandma she should make a cleaning appointment and after my grandma explained she didn't want to the woman became very condisending and rude to my grandmother and said "well, sometimes we have to do things we don't want to do!" As if my grandmother was a child. We were both very unhappy with the way she was treated. They did a great job fixing the denture repair (which is what the two stars are for) but it was a mostly unpleasant experience. We will NOT be returning for any reason, even future repairs if needed. :(

My husband went in with agonizing pain , he was told his jaw was full of infection and didn't even prescribe antibiotics. Referred to an oral surgeon who can't get him in till June 3 so called aspen back they prescribe an antibiotic and we were told it could take two weeks to get any relief so we asked for pain medication and Dr Alpert wouldn't prescribe anything . I said a few choice words and that we are almost 70 and like looking for a high. They still denied him so I hope all of them get the same amount of pain my husband is in now dealing with and hasn't slept for almost a week . My dog gets better dental care then Aspen gives humans

The office manager Jennifer is unprofessional and this office is severely understaffed to the point where they cannot provide adequate care. Go somewhere else for your care or prepare for an unparalleled level of extremely bad service. This place needs new management.

Going to the dentist used to be a phobia for me. It still isn't easy but the expert care from Dr. Todd and the staff at Gresham Aspen Dental make it as pain free as possible.
