This place is AWFUL!!! Do NOT go to this place if you need a caring dentist and staff. Never see the same clinician twice. No personalized service. Glad I finally found good dental services. Good riddance!!!

The Greenwood sc aspen dental provided me with a very good experience. They are also are doing in a time that fits my schedule

Their business model is to screw you. Staff insists that you follow the company's protocol for unnecessary treatments, i.e. X-Rays. The dentists associated with Aspen do shoddy work and do not guarantee their fillings or repairs. They still have not refund me for a partial that was made improperly 2 years ago. If I could give them O Stars, I would. Simply stated, they're a complete rip off.

Everyone was so friendly and professional! I need to add to this review now that I have had time to adjust to wearing my dentures with the top relined. I don't need any adhesive to have a close fit! I wish I had done it sooner!

Terrible place. Staff is in concomitant and over books. They only have 1 doctor with no bed side manner. Went in for fillings and never once did they clean my teeth prior. Walked out on second visit when doctor said there was debris on a wisdom tooth last time and I didn't see the decay, now we have to pull it. This is after the hell they have/currently are putting my wife through. Take your money else where fast!

Waiting to be called back was too long for me! But the experience is way better than any other dentist I have been to, more X-rays & they use a machine that capture every teeth in your mouth & that's pretty cool. The staff was very knowledgeable & friendly.

I'm not done with everything yet,but the staff was wonderful to work with. They were concerned about my needs and what was best for me. The financial breakdown was easy to understand and they have a lot of options to choose from.

Dentist explained the need for teeth extraction of Diego due to cavity and replaced it with complete lower denture.The broken denture was fixed in a day.Thank you. Diego had Left wrist fracture and had surgery last 7/1/22 so we decided to let it heal first then dental woks follows.Kimberly was excellent in explaining the plan ,cost of teeth extraction and new dentures.Thank you Aspen dental staff for taking care of Diego Tabisula's dental issues.

I've been hesitant for some time to go in and have the talk about getting dentures. It is a huge step and going through dental pain from another non affiliated facility I was very nervous. Conversations with Kim help put me at ease scheduling the appointment. Appointment day came and I was nervous when I arrived but the entire staff there have a calming reassuring feel about them. I would absolutely recommend the Greenwood location to others.

1st time going to Aspen dental and didn't really know if we were going to be able to get help or not. We were met with pleasant responses from a nurse and straight forward responses, easing my tension a lot. After my wife went back, I went to the front desk and spoke with a lady whom we later found out came from the same area I did. I was so nervous, not knowing what was going to happen, all I could think of to say was,"I need an angel." When we sat down with her after our consultation with the dentist, I got my angel. Kim Waters helped us in every way to help us achieve our goals and by the time we left it felt like we had been friends forever.Thank you Dr.K and your staff for a great experience. Your understanding and patience was just what we needed. Look forward to seeing you all again.

Scheduled an appointment for a cleaning through their call center, who lied just to get me in the door. The dentist even said they'll say anything to get you to come in. This dental office doesn't have a hygienist at the moment so schedule somewhere else if a cleaning is what you need. When I told them I just wanted a cleaning, they were still pretty insistent on going through with the whole appointment, addressing other issues. They were kind and professional, although, the dentist himself was a little off putting with the way he spoke to his assistant. Great office, poor system.

I had a very bad abscess tooth and they were able to work me this morning as a first time patient. Everyone was very professional, friendly and helpful.

Aspen Dental wholeheartedly excepted my plan insurance and Ms Kimberly Boyd researched my additional plan to bring about the best price. The first employee I encountered was Ms. Kayla-DA, she, without a doubt, has to be the most caring person I have met in my medical experiences. I suffer with my stomach and she does as well. Dr. K was knowledgeable and very informational. I told him what I expected and he assured me he could meet my expectations.

My overall experience was great! Kim Waters was very professional, she welcomed me with a smile, and made me feel comfortable at the dentist!! She is a keeper!! The lady who did my X-rays was awesome!!!
