Reschedules you constantly, not respectful of your time, brings you back late, didn't seem to care for my concerns but pushed services not needed. My new dentist is way more attentive and respectful of my time. Terrible place. I recommend you going elsewhere for your dental needs..

They will constantly reschedule you. They will reschedule your already rescheduled appointments and then have the audacity to ask why you haven't seen them in over a year. 8 times. I had to reschedule the same appointment because of them 8 times and they still didn't get me in the 8th time. I schedule a year later after they call and tell me I should come in. This appointment has also been rescheduled. I will never be going back.

So far, my experience at this Aspen Dental Office has been great. Everyone is kind and provides good service, and seem to really know their stuff and take pride in doing it well. They are the only dental office I've been to that doesn't shame you if you need to pick the most cost-effective options for your dental work, or use really high-pressure tactics to try to talk you into a more costly treatment after you've already said no. Also, they have a therapy-dog-in-training, named Aspen, at their office. He provides comic relief, which isn't something you often get at the dentist. The staff all have a great sense of humor, too. I recommend this place!

I was told to come in at 11:45am and here I am and they are closed until 1pm for lunch. Some of us have to work.

Nice competent people. Would recommend. As I keep going to Aspen Dental I am more and more satisfied. Dr. Sweety Patel and her Assistant Kylie are top notch. All of the other people in the front office and in the back are also the best. My experience rates an A+. Do yourself a favor and go to Aspen Dental on 135 in Greenwood.

I was terrified as I started my day. I had 3 consultations scheduled to begin my journey towards a mouth full of dentures. I have several teeth to be extracted as the first step. By the time I left, I had decided on my Aspen Dental office without having gone to the other two appts. The entire staff was courteous, patient, empathetic, efficient, knowledgeable, ...just overall an unexpectedly calming experience. Thank you! Brian D.

Dr Patel the dentist on our visit was very helpful, explained so much to us about preventions and care. Made recommendations and Edwin's procedure today was painless. Only went there because it was a holiday week and they're the only ones that could get us in. I'm glad we did Great experience we will go back

I've been petrified of dentists for over 30 years due to a really bad experience. Aspen as a whole, and especially the ladies working in Greenwood, IN are phenomenal. They were gentle and compassionate without talking down to me or treating me like a kid for being so scared. I was more calm coming out than I was going in.

I cannot stress enough how excellent the staff here has been. The process was well communicated, QUICK and professional. Their team is truly amazing. Thank you for making what is usually a terrible experience for me something I don't have to dread anymore. Riley, McKenzie, Lindsey, Dr. Patel, the young lady up front, the hygienist and the young lady who did my X-rays. Very rare the whole team is full of ROCKSTARS!
